Some good results for us yesterday, with Shaw Lane and Stourbridge getting turned over. I see Stalybridge appear to be on the up, which makes our result there last week look a little better.

Stalybridge test will come in next few weeks as they had a decent home record and were second bottom due to losing every game away from home.


yet they seem to have had 4-5 home games on the bounce, think they now have 4 away games in next 5 matches......that will test if they have it turned around completely.

Wayne Thomas sacked by Rushall after yesterday's defeat. I'd forgotten he had a very brief loan spell at Alty last season.

Top of the league, bloody hell.

In the end, a straightforward 3-0 win, though it wasn't a quality game - lots of mistakes from both sides. Poor ref and liners too, par for the course down here.

Halesowen didn't threaten at all, I am surprised they beat Stourbridge last week. .
