honestly i really dig Adrian Neville. think he's a fantastic wrestler with a good smaller man build. his promos are a bit hindered by his accent but he could be a solid IC / US Champ on the main roster.

however i don't trust vince doing something good with anyone he doesn't really like.

Bull Dempsey is literally just whenever a cheap 80s movie would have a bad guy wrestler in as a character.
That's 100% him. I thought it from the moment I saw him before even seeing a match

Brilliant again. The first half was a little bit like 'good nxt episode' and then it exploded.

Once again, the female wrestlers were flawless. You don't say 'it was a good match for a women's match'. It was a great match, full stop. As far as fatal four ways go, it pushes Neville/Kidd/breeze/zayn close. I'm so invested on bayley it's unbelievable, Sara del Rey is working Magic.

Selfishly I don't want any one from nxt to be called up. The main roster writers will ruin them. However, Neville and Zayn are set to go. Thr money is Zayn debuting the night after wrestlemania. 2 years ago shortly afyer signing for wwe, the raw after manis were chanting ole ole.

Here's a thought. It's pretty moot as it'll be reigns... But it's clear that the last year of lesnar has been built in order to give someone a huge boost. Why not make that person Owens?! Have him debut and take Lesnar out.

Just watching last nights NxT again. Zayns selling in the main event is stunning. What I woukdnt give for a zayn cesaro fued on raw

I actually thought this show was better than the last one, like the last show took a little time to get going but I fucking loved the last 3 matches, Neville/Balor was my favourite but the storytelling in the Zayn/Owens match was brilliant, great ending as well. Really enjoyed that!

The diva's match was incredible. Some great spots. Banks has come on a hell of a lot in the last 12 months. Couldn't see her ever being much more than a jobber in that division a year ago.

Balor v Neville was amazing, but we knew it would be.

And as for Owens v Zayn, it was the perfect ending. He's got KO on his shirt, and that's how he's won his first NXT title. And it keeps Zayn strong as he never gave up or was pinned. Triple H has his very own Brock Lesnar to play with on NXT now though in the shape of Owens.

Great commentary too. They're invested in nothing but the match in front of us. None of this petty arguing we see on Raw/Smackdown, with seemingly no knowledge of what any moves are called apart from finishing ones. Graves is a big improvement on Riley in this position.

The sooner Hunter gets the keys to the main roster, the better.

only just caught up now, a lot of botches in the tag team match, including slipping on ropes, standing round waiting for people to get into position etc. commentators picked up on it but didnt call them as botches. also couple of them in the dempsey/corbin and diva 4 way match

dont understand why people say Charlotte is a bad wrestler? looks to be capable to me. Sasha Banks annoys me slightly but thats her character so she should get a decent run now.

Balor is getting better with every match, dont think he will win the title though, whenever they decide to have it. the pre-show for mania would be ideal.

overall very enjoyable. anyone else think that Albert sounds like Jesse Ventura?

I've not really watched much NXT but I took an active interest in this show. You can tell that some of them aren't quite there yet, there's a few spots where it looks like something is going to flow and then someone reads the situation wrong. Overall though they are trying things that are entertaining and there's some ready made stars. Balor obviously has the look to succeed and his ability in the ring will be loved by the fans. I question whether or not he is big enough to be believed on the main roster but we can but see.

Kevin Owens interests me, always loved a good brawler. I noticed alot of KO shirts in the crowd too so he is already over so early on in his career. Hopefully some if not all of these guys can make a real impact on the roster asap.

Latest set of tapings and the fact there aren't anymore till the end of April suggest some call-ups. Rumours are they'll carry on the Zayn/Owens feud and Neville & Balor will join the main roster post-mania. Neville Raw after WM and then some Balor vignettes before he debuts would be my guess.

bit of a squash match. not sure if he is going to be sticking around but the commentators were building it as "Rhyno wants to kickstart his career and NXT is the best place to do it. Rhyno is back!"

Finally got around to seeing the PPV thing last night. Superb show. Balor vs Neville was something special and that main event was very well booked. The general quality of matches and booking was superb... but of course, we were always going to say that, knowing what NXT offers.

But it's like Triple H said in his Austin podcast... WWE's target audience is huge, they've gotta appeal to both genders aged 1-100. NXT just aims for people like us nerds, the mid twenties male hardcore crowd. Of course we thought it was awesome. If/When Triple H steps into Vinces shoes full time to take over the main WWE show that's going to be a completely different challenge. He may do it better (lets face it, after recent decisions that may not be too hard) but lets not fool ourselves into thinking that WWE will be that good when he does take over.

I've actually been hoping for that. I know they do NXT matches at Axxess and stuff as well, so I'm hoping to see some NXT wrestlers there as well.

I wouldn't have Zayn back in NXT now, that's the perfect way to send him out. No point wasting any more of that feud in NXT, it should be continued later in WWE rather than repeating itself.

That Neville vs Owens match on Wednesday was insane, far better than the Rivals main event. Neville only has great matches.
