Sounds like Osadebe made an impression again. I've heard him described as a similar style of player to Linganzi, which is definitely something we need, just without the injury record Amine had. I know it's only been Folkestone and Tonbridge but he sounds promising so far.

That's how he played against Folkestone yeah, very Linganzi-esque. Didn't think he would be anywhere near the first team but he certainly looks to have something about him.

Our fans showing us up again at Nuneaton yesterday, attacking an old steward and singing that he touches boys. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Joe was the ring leader of it, heard a few things about him before but didn't know if they were true.

Playing some Portuguese team this week in Portugal behind closed doors too.

Did any Burton/Fleetwood fans make it out to their pre season tours? Both look like being cracking trips, wish we had sone something like that

FLAIR name.

We beat the mighty Tonbridge 2-1. Norris and Egan with the goals. Hopefully a respectful tribute to their lad who died a few days ago as well.
It was a very respecful tribute to Junior Dian.
Cody laid a wreath on behalf of the club. It was all done very well indeed.
With regards to the game itself it was the normal pre-season game, more about fitness than anything else but young Osadebe did look very good and was the best player on the pitch.
I wouldn't be surprised if he sees some first team action this season.
Donnelly also looked lively when he came on and young Mitchell Dickenson had a good game at centre back.

I believe about 25 or so fans going to Germany.

unconfirmed circa 50. I doubt that many. We can only take 100 to Plymouth on a Tuesday so 50 to the Netherlands is pushing it

Liverpool at home on 4th August is our latest friendly added to Everton, Aston Villa and West Brom. Good to be going into the season on the back of 4 home defeats :2thumb:

I dare say a summer trip to the Netherlands is way more attractive than a Tuesday night in Plymouth.

Port Vale losing 1-0 to Alsager after 30 minutes ish. Can't remember if we were 2 or 3 nil up at this stage on Sunday. #goingdown

Edit, now 2-1 Alsager at HT. We were winning 4-0 at HT on Sunday with a mixed team an all.

We are 3-1 down to Solihull at HT. Florien Robert with our goal. Still abysmal at the back though.

We ended up losing 3-1 to Solihull. 3 defeats in 3, 2 to non-league teams and 9 goals conceded.

Enoch Andoh, remember the name.

Ghanian who signed for us last season but not yet featured for the first team, on FC Porto's books a few years ago and he's 22. Going be a star this season, super talented even if hes only played against Newcastle town and alsager.

Heard he was good tonight. Need to get Kapend involved now!

Drew 2-2 at Bromley. Seems like every player and then some got a run out. John Marquis and Ben Thompson with the goals, Fred with the assist, which on the face of it seems to be an early vindication for Harris's focus on bringing through the youth.
