I have been overwhelmed with the fan mail... I need to employ a PA to sift through my notifications, mostly off JJH.
Is everything alright at home El Guapo?

Sacking Rowett was the best thing Birmingham ever did. Thanks muchly!

How can a manager be sacked when 7th in the league , overachieving, they deserve all they are getting. He's a top manager imo as he's proving again at you lot. Who gives a fuck if it's not brilliant to watch, it's the points that matter

Their new owners are an absolute disgrace. Their fans were lapping it up in the summer whilst they were throwing bids about for our best players, signing three of Brentford's best players and such but if I was a Birmingham fan I'd have never forgiven them for sacking Rowett to bring in a "name" despite the job he was doing on the limited budget.

I still think Rowett should've been our manager, he reportedly wanted the job when Johnson was on the verge of the sack and I can't imagine we'd be much worse off if at all than we are now under him. In hindsight it's worked out well for both parties thus far but as said LJ's a lucky man to still be here, so he best repay that loyalty which I've no doubt he will.

He's repaying it and some.

Pushed before he would have walked. He was speaking with Fulham and then held talks with QPR after he agreed improved terms. The mistake was giving it to Zola. And an even bigger mistake was appointing Cotterill. I’m confident Harry would’ve turned it around given time.

As much as I despise Harry redknapp I agree with you, I do think he would of turned it around and got you heading the right way.

A Birmingham fan I know who has a ST said the home fans were singing about Jota being a waste of money on Saturday?

I don't blame him for trying to further himself. Was massively overachieving with you and could've got himself a better wage, so your owner went for two "big names" and that worked a treat for you.

I absolutely think we have it in us to go on another 274 game loss streak
whilst Lee Johnson is our manager but we're getting results every week with half of our squad crocked as well.

Let Derby go up and we'll see you lot at Wembley for the best playoff final the country's seen.

Just no.

That title is already taken and will never be stolen.

Don't even think Dean or Colin get in the team, and Jota hasn't exactly been doing much.

Showing again to our current squad I hope that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Though the grass on the other side certainly comes with a lot more money...

pfft who cares about a draw? take a last minute winner over a draw any day of the week

Nah, will take an 85th minute equaliser and a win on sudden death penalties. If it was anything like the Derby/QPR final I would be soundo before the 90th minute anyway.

Swansea/Reading gave our final a run for it's money but fell short.

Dean's been in and out of the side.

Blackpool Cardiff was pretty good for the neutral, I fucking hated it.

Blackpool vs Cardiff was a nightmare for our lot. Whatever happened, we knew it would end with either a smug Holloway or a smug bunch of taffs! Think the lesser of two evils prevailed there. Anyone who saw Charlton v Sunderland would agree it was the best playoff final to date.. was a long time ago now though.

Not great today and missed Saiz badly so hope he's not out for long but a good run of form. Need to be picking up another good haul from Burton, Birmingham and Forest now and then we can really start looking up again.

Right we actually played very, very well today so it's given me a bit of hope. If he screw up against Bolton on Boxing Day I'm going to kick Garry monk square in the face. Downing has been a standout this season, really glad he's got back to the player we know he can be.

Wolves are gone and I doubt we can catch derby or villa for 2nd. But I do feel we can catch one of the play off teams

Back to winning ways in convincing style. Fleck Back on saturday too, big bonus. Cardiff losing and derby drawing makes it a very good day. 6 points off 2nd after a terrible run I'll definitely take that. Very good race for 2nd spot going on

Fucking get in, huge win and we just keep grinding them out. Still only 6 inside the POs if Villa win it's all very tight, but we keep going strong for now. Wolves next, win that and we're only 5 behind them.

I can't see us holding onto second for long with the huge pileup of injuries we have but... just wow! Am I dreaming? Favourites for relegation in August and we are now in an auto spot with a top of the table clash coming up on Saturday and a two legged semi final against probably the best team in Europe. These are wonderful times to be a City fan and I'm loving it!
