Some recent punk albums that I'm listening to right now.

Warwound were another one of those UK82/Discharge-inspired bands but they split up before releasing anything. Two members left the band to joinThe Varukers and another one formed Sacrilege. Here's an album released last year that collects all their demos in one nice package.

Damian Thompson, the one who left the band to form Sacrilege has reformed the band but he's the only original member left. The others include Rat from The Varukers on vocals and Ian Glasper on bass (he's the guy behind the 'Burning Britain' and 'The Day the Country Died' books). They've just released their first proper album and it's great, much better than the demos collection but then so it should as demos are often poorly recorded and done in a rush.

Rat has also been busy with The Varukers and they've released another album, but I'm not enjoying it as much as the Warwound record.

New record too by one of my fav punk bands GBH. Haven't got around to listen to it in its entirety but I'm loving it so far. Great stuff like always.

Interesting album from Anti Nowhere League, basically reggae covers.

It's not too bad, but personally think it would have been better if "punked up" a bit more.
