Hartlepool weren't top of mine, they were probably second....
Then Paynter scored a penalty past us to make it 2-1, and celebrated right in front of our bench. That moment propelled Hartlepool to number 1, and 20 minutes later I was delighted with our 3-2 win.

It's a shame Billy won't get to do this in front of a home crowd this year.

Its more that a win over you is like winning against a Championship club (the level I believe you should be)

For me it has to be Wycombe because of our match with them where Paul Hayes got Joyce sent off for 3 matches for a great tackle, so he moaned at the useless ref and just became a complete dick and for him to score the equaliser in the last minute just pissed me right off. I must say one of their smug fans who posts on here was being a twat on here about it. What's his name? Mowgil?

Apart from them I'm not too sure, I feel we have a divine right to beat teams like Morecambe and Accrington because of how tinpot they are and they're relatively close to us. I suppose I also get a pleasure out of getting revenge against a team who beat us when we last played.

Er. No-one, really. Every team I actively want us to beat (other than the normal 'wanting to win every game' thing) is in a different division. Franchise, West Ham, Sarfend, Franchise, Brentford, Scunthorpe, Boston, Leeds, Franchise, Millwall, Gillingham, Franchise and Franchise in case you're wondering.

Barnet and Dagenham both come under the 'don't want to lose to' section, but only because I'm already embarrassed enough that we're in the same division.

Surely not Oxford at the top? There have been a whole generation of young Oxford supporters for you to laugh in the faces of since you last did that.

Unfortunately not - what's the point of beating them if there aren't any kids to laugh at? Apparently the male citizens of Oxford were so emasculated by getting run all over the gaff by our top boys that all their willies fell off and there have been no recorded births in the city since 2007.

Yes I was rightly banned just for trying to liven the place up which it needed and still does because the last time I had a look there hardly anyone was posting on it. So I'm glad I was made to leave that joke of a message board as I wouldn't of found this one which is much much better and not ran by children.

Someone actually gives a flying fart if they beat us!
I am genuinely touched.
I've always liked Orient.

Well, it's not so much you, per se, more wanting to get a result at Priestfield as recompense for all those fucking dismal afternoons getting alternately freezing or pissed down on in the single worst away end in professional football*.

*now that the Withdean is no more.

Interested why an AFC Wimbledon fan would have beating us as the fourth most pleasurable victory? Genuinely confused.

As for us, Carlisle in first place then York, but I actually don't mind York City much. Don't really hate Carlisle either but our games are always feisty. I'd probably put Plymouth third as they seem to have genuine delusions about how 'big' they are. Take themselves far too seriously. The rest are a much of a muchness.

EDIT - Oxford in 4th. Never warmed to their fans or match day 'experience'.

I would of had Hartlepool as number 1, but I just like to laugh at your clubs current misfortune, especially when your manager and Billy Paynter talk a load of shite about us before our match, which we end up winning of course. AGAIN :bg:

Dear Mr Hartlepool.AKA (Soup Ladle)
The reason is simple, I live in New Zealand which is around 12,000 miles from Kingsmeadow, I travelled there last season to see 2 games, one of which was against your good selves, and being the "barstools" you are, you up and beat us beat us, you were bottom of the league playing crap, its my first visit to AFC Wimbledon and YOU stuffed it up. That my dear friend is why. Nothing personal.

Christ, every game this season has been painful for us regardless of who we have been playing, so any win at the moment would be unbelievably pleasurable.

If we are being picky, I enjoy beating Luton because of the Conference days, the small rivalry between us is probably still the biggest we have due to next to no local teams (Hartlepool doesn't count, we really don't seem to care about them). Everyone likes beating Pompey, I personally like beating Wimbledon away as every single weekend for the last three it has fallen on my birthday weekend, this season it's the week after!

do you know what a different spin it puts on things when people explain why they ENJOY beating other teams rather than why they HATE the other teams....sorts the good from the chavs???

I think I'd enjoy it a lot if we beat Luton at the Hive this season as there is something pleasurable about beating a much bigger club than your own, especially one that is pretty close to us geographically and who we've never beaten before.
However, if we do achieve that first victory against them I think my feelings about Luton will reduce to indifference.

Going back to insults, there's not a better one than MKF.

MKF (Milton Keynes Fan) - scum, thief, liar, untrustworthy, unethical, unscrupulous, corrupt, ignoble, degenerate, the lowest of the low.

How to use MKF in a sentence =
1) You're such an mkf when you act this way.
2) You're not coming to the game so you can watch man ure on the box? Proper mkf you are mate.

Remember that the proper way to insult is to say mkf and not mkdf. MK are not the Dons, never have and never will be.

I disagree with you -- MKD are the old/original Wimbledon. AFC Wimbledon are a new club. I know a lot of people will not like/even detest that statement but its the truth.
