Sutton keeper fucks up and somehow gets a free kick. Robbed of a point by the sounds of things.

In fact it wasn't even given as a free kick, for some reason the referee then awarded a goal kick even though the ball never went out and went straight into the back of the net. Sutton keeper even knew himself that he'd cocked up.

This is all going off the commentary, ref discussed with both liners for some reason so I can only imagine it's been given offside.

Bit of a kick in the teeth as it seemed like a draw was a fair result.

Lindsey can fuck off. Another dreadful performance. Carlisle missed a host of sitters. We’ve got 3 or 4 players from last season who obviously don’t want to be here. Fuck them off. Quickly!

The encouraging thing is we’ve been a far superior side pretty much from start to finish apart from the one thing which matters.

Actually get forwards who can finish and well

I went in to half-time convinced it would be one of those horrible 1-0 like yourself, so just painfully typically Mansfield to throw away all those chances and ultimately concede afterwards.

We have scored once in three league games which came via a defender and he didn’t know much about it, it seems we’ve started the season without a single player in the squad capable in front of goal. Feels like if we had one of those minimum points total now would be 7 instead of three.

Time to spend the money, don’t care if Clough think we may be overpaying, if it’s somebody who’s going to get us goals at this level just do it because we are playing well but ultimately our attack is toothless.

Full time. Fairly happy with the performance overall though Swindon were far worse than I might hasn't expected.

We should have won though with the chances we spurned and that is disappointing

4 shots on target in three league games! No goals!

Our four main forwards are good enough for this league (not sure about Oteh our fifth) without being stand out so it's in our creation of chances that it appears we need to change.

No attacking wide players, no back to goal forward and a coach who appears to want to play slowly.

Still, we got a point so horary!

Rochdale dominated us for most of the first half, but we finished it stronger and had the closest chance with a great strike from 30 yards rattling the bar.

Second half came out much better closed Rochdale down and dominated for most of the half, not giving them any time on the ball. Our lack of goal scorers showed again though and nearly cost us but for the standard Glennon corner onto Waterfall head, another late goal for a town side that carry on till the final whistle.

Looked much better when Amos came on and pushed Glennon onto left wing, with Clifton in the middle.

Injury time winner, second half better than the first (from us). Please do not sack Robbie, sometimes the rightful winners don't actually win, although we do seem to score very late these days, so maybe it should be mentioned in the pre-match briefing!

There’s a reason why he’s our 2nd choice keeper I guess (our first choice went off injured during the 2nd half).

Massive win for us that, even this early in the season. First win of the season is always important and following last weekends disappointing finish bouncing back at the next opportunity in the league was imperative.

Of course the already mounting injury list is a major concern, however 4 points from 3 games is a good base to build on

Don't think we robbed them, after the first half maybe, but fully deserved it on the second half, draw probably fairest, but wouldn't call it robbed.

Pretty straightforward win for us. Two great but very different goals from Smallwood and Chapman and we didn't have to get out of about fourth gear which was much needed in this heat.

Wasn't watching or listening but my app said it was 1-1... Interested to see what went on for the equaliser that never was.

Oh well, still a good 5 points better off than where I thought we'd be at this stage, and a decent buffer to the bottom two.

Good win against Hartlepool. Relatively comfortable in some horrendous heat. Not sure how Hartlepool’s defender wasn’t sent off after his handball off the line, even though we scored. The new ref had a decent game up to that point.

I think the Dale fans will agree, despite losing, that that was an entertaining game. First 30 minutes there was only 1 team in it, we couldn't get to grips with their wing backs at all, and Rochdale could/should have taken the lead on probably 3 occasions. The most frustrating of which will be Rodney blocking a certain goal on on the Grimsby goal line. We ended the half better and a Bryn Morris thunderbolt from 25 yards almost put us underservedly 1 nil up at the break.

Second half Grimsby were much better, created a number of chances, Efete and Clifton needing to do better with 2 head chances from good crosses from the left, and Pepple should have shot much earlier on his right foot after the ball broke to him on the left side of the box. Rochdale had a really decent chance, Henderson I think, on his left foot cutting inside and with virtually the last kick of the game, a Dale playier blazed over after the ball broke to the left side of the 6 yard box following a corner.

On chances created that games could have finished 5-3 to Dale. But up pops Captain Marvellous to do his injury time thing. Delighted with that!

Think it was chalked off as an indirect free kick that went straight in. If so correct decision reached. That’s a big win in a tight game for us after letting Doncaster burgle the points last week.

Harsh on Mansfield that, no way we deserved the 3 points, though I don't think we were 'battered', but certainly the second best team on the day.

Stags will be up there come the end of the season, looked very sharp.

9 points on the board for us without conceeding and we've not really got out of second gear yet. I think there's a lot more to come once the likes of Moncur, Drinan, El Mizouni, Smyth etc are all fully fit and clicking together.

Promising start.

That’s a bad bet without reinforcements upfront.

That would've been a right kick in the jacobs, a goal and a straight red.

Hearing from people who went, it sounds like we were much improved, but still lacking in some areas, Umerah who has looked the most impressive signing so far (the only one money was spent on) desperately needs a strike partner, ideally before Tuesday, two home games coming up, really need to get a win from one of them.

will need to see the highlights - but Pete Wild is convinced the keeper touched it - IF he did the officials want sending down to the glue leagues.

We were really poor today with pretty much no in-game management from Flynn at all, just stuck with a blowing out his arse 36 year old striker up front on his own as we just defended for 100 minutes. Eventually Stevenage got what they deserved when they equalised with 99:32 on the clock of 8 minutes added on.

We have the misfortune of Pete Walton being a Cobblers fan and he said by the letter of the law even though we scored it should have been a red

I thought you lot were alright, had a couple of decent chances and moved the ball well. Didn’t look well supported going forward though as you said.

Yeah I based it on that first half where they had numerous chances. I actually thought that it would be typical football for Rochdale to nick it late after we’d improved a lot.

1 point more than I expected.

Have to say I was surprised at how ineffective Swindon were going forward. We had a patched up inexperienced back line which did look weak and did make mistakes, but Swindon simply didn’t capitalise enough. Doubt Grimsby will let us off the hook on Tuesday.

Once again some utterly hopeless finishing from ourselves cost us today. It’s really hard to describe how bad some of our misses are, it’s the third league game in a row now. Ridiculous.

Not the day to get a man sent off in the first away at a decent side like Salford. Our keeper looked abit dogey aswell. We started pretty well and should of gone ahead.

Hopfully a bad day at the office, atleast we don't have to go to Salford again this season, so that's a bonus.

We were streets ahead of Gillingham today. They had a 10 min spell at the start of the second half but that aside, we were well worthy of the 3-0 win. Need that same quality and energy for Hartlepool on Tuesday now.
