Stockport were absolutely wank got 25 minutes and that, given their previous form that’s a right out bolt out the blue.

Leaves us 6 clear of MK, with a game in hand and a GD 31 better.

Fairly sure that will have sealed our relegation. We offered little, although we have played worse on several occasions this season. Charlie McCann being on international duties (I presume) meant that other players had to step up to his role of passing the ball to the Invisible Man.

Main positive : Garrick is fit enough, at last, to feature?! Even though he could hardly shine in the context of the Big Dunc Half Season from Hell, we saw a hint of what we've been missing. Indeed, all three of the players brought on in that very Cotterill triple substitution brought energy and freshness. Dabo made some smart moves, Brown brought back flashes of his old magic, and Garrick looked strong and capable.

Of course this was not enough.
McCann apparently there but not playing at request of NI in case they need him in the week.

Not sure Mansfield are in a place to talk about goals coming 'out of the blue' after earlier.

That’s what decent sides do, especially those who are top scorers in the league.

In fairness it came in our only decent 10 minute period of pressure and should’ve equalised minutes earlier,

It was a dreadful spectacle

MK the better team but we’re 3-0 up - I’ll take it.

We’re desperately missing a number of our injured players and Touray and Evans down the sides have been nowhere near good enough but fingers crossed we don’t throw this away and we’ll be in a great position to finish top three.

Dunno but I think he definitely tries to 'win' penalties (too often for my liking).

6-1 on aggregate this season. Cheers for that, we're even.
He does and I'm not sure he's been given one all season. He was brilliant today though, took the piss at times.

Obikwu doesn’t miss that open goal on 89 mins though surely the panic/flashbacks would have started…

You let us have the ball enough for us to lose possession when and where it matters - that’s a good tactic when playing us. When when playing without the ball recently we’ve been very good.

Not denying he's a decent 4th tier striker, however it seems you are denying he's one of the biggest shithouses in the EFL.

4-0. Hopes for a draw didn't last long.

Wind was the huge factor today at ours so the result was all that really mattered. Looking solid at the back again despite missing Canavan for the last four games.

Salford were a niggly dirtyish sort of team but deserved the win. They were strong and efficient, proper L2 standard outfit on the day. We're lightweight and the manager didn't help with the formation in the first half out to g the EFL top assist player on the wrong side of the pitch. He's tried it three or four times and it's never worked.
We need to upgrade the centre halves and keeper for next season and unless he improves them probably the manager too.

Of course he is. If he played for Stockport or Mansfield or someone I would absolutely despise him.

I don't think he's been given a penalty all season, even when he has been fouled so its clearly. gone against him.

Dons keeper is proper dodgy isn’t he?

He is technically our third choice keeper. Been one of our best players since he came in a couple of months ago due to first and second choice injuries but been wank today minus one or two good saves.

Definitely our weakest position since we got rid of our real (ex) number 1 to Stevenage in January, followed by defence (missed our best defender for the whole season through injury).

What a bloody joke! We pay his considerable wages, how are we letting bloody NI dictate what we do!!
It's basically a call up without actually being at a training camp I suppose, commentators saying they can request he has five days rest before their game.

Read lots on here about Wrexham’s away following so surprised at the empty seats in the away end. The game was over in the first few minutes tbh as the visitors went 2 up.
They didn’t have to do much after that so conserved their energy for the bigger fights ahead.
Cannon was decent, Boyle in control. Lee is so much better than he showed today. Palmer anonymous and Mullin just a niggly whining shitester. Deserved the 3 points but until they get a manager capable of getting the best out of his huge budget they will fall short of where they should be

When we lose against MK Maynard will have broken the all time club record for home defeats on the bounce (6) in his first 7 games.

Quite spectacular crapness really.

Still think it’s. Total piss take, them telling us what to do and we have paid a comparative fortune for him! We are in a massive relegation battle and need everyone on board!

I actually fucking hate some of our fans, we’ve just gone 6 unbeaten but now one game we’re getting bummed by a bloody good side and the shite overreactions being posted are pathetic.
I’m talking about Twitter btw.

You shouldn't take anything on twitter seriously, you know that. It's all here one minute gone the next fairweather fans OTT reactions to make themselves feel better.

I've heard there is some young troll could NottsCountyZone or similar........

A huge budget yes but at the moment we're on for back to back promotions, so not sure how much more Parkinson would be expected to do.

If we don't go up it's not the end of the world either and his job would be in no danger IMO. He'd be heavily backed again next season most likely.

Pretty limp showing from us in the end. Never really troubled their keeper so once they scored that was it. They looked a decent side, knocked it about well but struggled to create a lot until we eventually cracked.

Need to lift it for the Easter double v Stockport & Crewe or we're looking a bit doomed.

That’s no excuse, so are notts and they travel in remarkable numbers.
Average numbers for their current big home crowds, which is an improvement on previous season when they were below par on that basis.
