Can't make it today unfortunately, which is a shame as it should be a good game. Might try and catch some of it on iFollow while I'm around the house doing bits and pieces. Have a feeling we might come unstuck against Orient today in no doubt what will be out toughest game to date.

Sterry/Ferguson wingbacks, two upfront and some combination of arse kickers and mobility in the midfield he'll win fans over in an instant.
Umerah and Grey

Sylla, Crawford & Shelton in midfield. Possibly Niang in the back 3, with a delicious bit of Lacey and Mayo on the side alongside him.

How has Curly Wurly come across so far in his interviews?
Talked about dating a lot with a Liberal scattering of 'er' 'erm' and 'errrr' so not sure he's ever pulled that much but like most people who've been, he got lucky in Thailand hence his analogies.

She's bought this hoover that for some reason only works on a Saturday. Still haven't figured out why yet.
Same with the dial on our iron, any other day of the week you can't get it past silk and we don't wear any of that but really oddly, once ifollow comes on I can shift it to the hottest setting and gleefully glide the red-hot black and decker over our 65% polyester gear with consummate ease.

Some Curle phrases to look out for…

“And again…”
“Earn the right to play”
“The football department”
“I’m mindful of the fact”
“The stakeholders at the football club”

That one he came out with at least a dozen times in 10 minutes. He did a press conference of 27 minutes but I couldn't be arsed with that. The bloke who invented the word stakeholder is currently suing him under copyright law.

Agree, apart I’d go for Odour instead of Grey.

Yeah you’ll have to get used to his repetitive robotic 100mph interviews, but I reckon he’ll do the job needed for you at least in the short term.

Crawley at home, I don’t think McSheffrey has it in him to tactically impose our game on any opposition given that both the players and us fans haven’t a clue what our game plan is. If we are lucky we might get a draw
We seem to be setting up not to concede. For a team that has only won once this season our goals against are pretty good. Now if only we could remember how to shoot.

Opposition fans from our last two away games have said we are time wasting and falling over at every opportunity. I've read the same about Doncaster. This could be a real bore fest.

6-6 with a couple of forty yard screamers from each side.

I like Grey but I feel like he needs a good season long loan in the NLN, no recalls, just let him play a full season with someone instead of 15 minute spells for us.

Oduor looks like he has way more quality than anyone in the squad but is he a forward?
Attacking midfielder ,but he was chucked up front against Crewe & looked useful.
I’d give him a run there, for me a better option than Grey & McDonald.

A win like this could just be what Stockport need to kick start their season.

Kristian Dennis makes it, although quite how fit he is I don’t know given he couldn’t even train at the start of the week. Omari Patrick out. Stretton gets his first league start.

Not as depleted as first feared, but still don’t think we’ll have enough to avoid defeat.

Another Carlisle player crocked. This time in the warm up.

Morgan Feeney the latest player to drop.

I’d love to know what the fuck is going on at this club because honestly we’re getting about 3 injuries a week, every week. Something is going sadly wrong.

We’re such slow starters I’m not sure why were so bad in the first half every week, the only game so far where we’ve been good in the first half was Newport away.
Thankfully we usually come good in second halves but it can’t keep happening every week.

Newport look absolutely shite, probably the poorest Newport side I’ve seen in many years. But we are absolutely useless in attack so zero threat.

Newport will win this without being anything close to good.

Barra all over us so far. We’ve defended the box extremely well. I’ll be generous and say we’re letting the home side run themselves out of puff :shut:

We are absolutely terrible.

It’s beyond embarrassing just how inept this team is. Utterly atrocious. Game over already as there’s no way this shower of shit is scoring a goal.
