Crosby has finally done it! Two strikers alert!

Looks like a 3-5-2 Thomas and Loft.

Down to the bare bones on the bench though with Jason Lowe and Ben Garrity now added to Balmer and Clarke plus the other injuries (Iacovitti, Grant, Wilson, Jones)

Arblaster rested and on the bench, he looked burnt out midweek after his international escapades so makes sense.

Essentially taken out one of the two holding midfielders for a striker.

Bare bones but more positive line up.

Looks like 3-4-3 for us, expecting a few goals at both ends. Nice to see us setting up to attack away from home under DC.

1-0 thanks to an overhead kick by Devine. Truth be told Cheltenham are very hard done to being behind in this game as it was only really them making the running before that goal.

Better side than Rovers, should have scored a couple, 2-0 down. Burge becoming a liability in goal.

Rovers fans singing ‘are you Scunthorpe in disguise?’…fair play

No real surprise, we love giving away soft goals. Seems heads have gone down a bit and Vale well on top now.

What an awful game between two poor teams this Cambridge v Carlisle game is.

This looks every inch a relegation six pointer. If either side can nick it it could be a massive 3 points.

OUFC deservedly 1-0 up at HT and could have had a couple more.

We've been OK but without many clear-cut chances and as so often, our problem is creating from open play.

OUFC look very dangerous on the counter as well so we can't afford to over-commit to get back in the game. Tricky one.

Can’t say Cheltenham don’t deserve to be level. Apart from 10 minutes it’s been a confused performance from us with the ball and without it. Needs to be a lot better than that.

Awful performance but to go 1-0 up and gain complete control of the game and go to sleep on a long throw is unforgivable. Largely dominated since the goal but it’s still too slow in the build up.

Maybe need Blaster to come on.

Lose this Crosby has to go.

Typical Lincoln goal from a long throw. We have had chances but failed to take them. Can still see us getting something here though. Ever the optimist..

I think thats harsh on Bristol. We had two easy chances spurned in the first 15, but since Sherring's knock it's been all them.

Awful, awful, awful. Cheltenham should be winning. Absolutely pitiful performance.
For all the two strikers it was Devine from
a corner! Wonder goal as well.

Not sure where we go from here. Well other than downwards.

Better side, are you sure? We could have been nearing 7 by now

I’m lost how to explain we’ve gone from a team that looks really good to a group who look totally devoid of confidence and can barely string a pass together let alone score.

First time I’ve seen Muskwe and he’s, well, a donkey on the ball! Should’ve have scored though, as should Scott. Massive half of football coming up.

Lincoln look quicker and stronger. Like Adelekun and Burroughs. They should win this at a canter. 2-0 Lincoln

They definitely started better off and were unlucky to be 1-0 down. 2 of their best chances were offside as well.

Tbf the post was made 20 mins ago though, since then we could/should be a fair few goals ahead

Could go either way this. Neither defence looks at all convincing and 3 of our back 5 have been booked which is far from ideal.

Not ideal if Uche comes on as he’s a battering ram and usually has to be wrestled to be stopped.

We are so slow and predictable, 72% of the ball yet done little with it.

The penalty you’d scored to make it 2-0 was your second shot after half an hour? And we’d had 7 by then and missed a couple of huge chances, so yeah

My post was at about 30 minutes gone to be fair, anyway we’ve got one back

I'm probably tempting fate, but we've played this perfectly today. Vale look devoid of ideas and we've punished them.

They really do have a good midfield, but they're clueless up front and weak at the back.

Right team has won it. Cheltenham came out second half with aggressive intent and we have looked like a bunch of people who had only just met. Well done to them but there’s some decent players in this team that right now we are not getting the best out of.

Embarrassing result and one that has to now cost Crosby his job. He’s wasting the quality we have and I’d be stunned if that isn’t a League Two fixture next season.

Fluke goal but we’ve created nothing second half against a side that has one point on the road all season.

A diabolical afternoon. A big win for Cambridge. A damaging defeat for us.

How Carver thinks we’re already safe beggars belief. This team is shite and it will take some unbelievable work in January to keep us up.
