My lad was born at 1:29pm on a Saturday afternoon and I still went to our game at 3pm. Ex wasn't best pleased.
Thankfully, we beat Scunthorpe 3-1 so it was worth it and it's a fun little story for the future. Less so if you're female, I guess.

quick maths so dont sue me if im wrong - but dennis politic has made 6 apps with 5 from the bench. At the time he has entered the pitch we were drawing in two (inc the game he started in that) and losing the rest. we have turned 2 points into 10 (3 of which is pizza cup group points tbf) in the time he has been on the pitch which is around 193 minutes total this season.
of the two appearances we didn't improve upon when he came on, one was sheff wed (0-1 down) which remained the same and only peterborough (2-0 down) ended up in a worse position by losing 3-0, the only goal conceded with him on the pitch.

It was a brave move at half time taking off a holding midfielder and playing a 10 role behind the two strikers but worked and exposed their lack of pace at the back.
He does give us something different and has quality which hopefully we can find a position for in our system.
It’s a relationship that works with us and Dennis.
Just loving the development of that Wilson and Harrison partnership now Willo is getting up to speed. Harrison has been an outstanding signing and DC clearly gets the best out of him. As the pod says if you offered me Harrison now or Stockton it’s Harrison every time he just suits our system. Let’s hope now Wilson has had his usual post injury five games to get up to speed and has now scored he goes on one of his usual scoring runs (before no doubt getting injured and the cycle starts again frustratingly!)
