A bit moist around here.

That old saying 'it will take a stud' change to 'it will float the Ark Royal'.

We relayed our pitch this summer but I was driving down the m23 this morning at 30mph as the rain was coming down so hard.

Should be on.

Rumour is that Croasdale is out injured which means we’re screwed.
We have our best centre back (Masterton), Jonny Williams. our captain, Shaun Williams and Ollie Hawkins all out mate so I wouldn’t worry too much.

Two right backs, two left backs and best two centre halves not starting/injured, football is back.

Midfielder in Central defence. Boyle picked up a knock by all accounts.

Not sure about Waters and Dalby as our starting strikers either.

Hayden should be playing, simple as. And TOC in midfield.

Palmer's days looking increasingly numbered if he's not even getting in when Mullin is out. Waters has to start otherwise there was no point in buying him, he was bought specifically for cover.

Christ you guys need a striker fast if you’re relying on Dalby and Waters. How come Palmer is on the bench?

We do look light up front without Mullin.

I think Dalby is just ahead of Palmer in the pecking order, he came on leaps and bounds last season and started to look very good, whereas Palmer had a quieter end of the season and was carrying an injury by all accounts. Dalby looked more dangerous in the pre season games.

I'd have gone with Palmer and Dalby myself but PP must have felt Waters would cause more problems.

Parked up at 1.50pm, sat in the car for 45 minutes until it was postponed and managed to avoid a complete soaking. Home again by 3pm. What a lovely August afternoon out.

Send us back down. No Mullin and Parkinson refusing to pick his best side.
