Failed businesses and investments I suppose, and the salaries here are a pittance to that down south. Strange about Douglas though as his wife is one of the Marr's who are local businessmen and are ex-owners of Dundee, so you'd think her wealth would back him up.

Good result beating Motherwell 2-1 at Ibrox in the Scottish Cup....two goals from Kenny Miller done the biz. Again we had the majority of possession without actually doing a lot in the final third but as per our shit defence allowed Motherwell to go in front. Rangers showed a great attitude after going behind and deservedly won the game.

excellent away win @ Fir Park 0-2 (although I wanted BTTS). Two red cards O'Halloran for Gers & McDonald for Motherwell......both deserved although tbh it wasn't a dirty game. Like the look of our two new boys Torral & Hyndman who scored a peach of a goal.

In respect of their position in the league...yeah I am Salty. Tbh anything in the top 6 would have done me so I can't complain about the positioning. The main thing I am NOT happy with is that bloody defence, especially the centrebacks. It doesn't seem to matter who are paired there it goes tits up at some point. If I'm watching a game I'm bloody fearful at any set play into our penalty box. Far too many unnecessary goals being conceded. I am also not happy that we rely so much on Kenny Miller. If he's not available goals are gonna dry up. Overall....doing not too bad.

Moussa Dembele of Celtic is in London apparently, for a knee scan. Chelsea had reportedly made a £30 mill + bid for him. Tell you what, if this is a goer they should bite their hand off....he cost Celtic 1/2 a mill.

However, in addition to this.....I watched Hearts away to Raith Rovers in the Scottish Cup a couple of weeks ago & thought that we had nothing to worry about at Tynecastle. I seen the goals this morning on SSN & I'm shaking my head at that fucking defence. Utter shambles and the manager is totally culpable in not doing something/anything to strengthen that position as it has been obvious that we are so, so poor in that position.

Wanted to see what mistakes were made Dirk....our defence is really past a joke but the manager appears to be oblivious to it. The result in Leipzig was no surprise....they're challenging for top spot I believe.
