Is this official? I thought Norman said 2,900 were sold on Twitter?

Since seen the published figure on The Sentinel website. We should surpass last seasons 3,300 with a few positive signings.

Off to wank myself silly at our ST sales because that's what all us Bradford fans do.

Pretty decent that. You should be topping 20k a fair few times next year.

Hope so. In theory we will have big crowds with lots of local team. Some of those though might disappoint and still bring about 10.

Bradford season ticket sales funding the massive signing of Josh Morris.

Brilliant.

Unfortunately, we don't have a chairman who bankrolls the club. Instead, we make football affordable to watch, cut our cloth accordingly and subsequently make a profit year on year.

More fool us!

Pauper chairman in league one.

Wish i was one of those 16,700.

Josh Morris is just the icing on the cake.

Meh, we do alright.

Who wouldn't want to be amongst a 17,000+ crowd every other week? Surely it's better than 8,000 home fans at the peak of your club history?

You had Morris on loan 3 years ago when he had just turned 20. I think he may have improved by now - however, I haven't seen him play yet, granted.

8k home fans? You are mistaken my friend, never on a saturday (rare tuesday) did home ends dip below 9k.

I was genuinely being serious though, surely with that many ST's sold, bar should be set higher than Josh Morris?

I'm happy with it - a player on a free who had a great spell at Fleetwood and is still only young. Still hoping for a big name like they promised but I don't think Morris was a bad bit of business.

9,000, big wow!

I tend to agree, but 8 goals from the wing last season for Fleetwood, a midtable outfit isn't too shabby! If he replicates that goal return next season, I think we'll be happy.

Accordingly to Fleetwood fans, he was on 5,000 per week at Blackburn, and they couldn't afford his wages. There must be something about him to justify them wages for such a young(ish) lad.

If there was something about him and he had such a good season at Fleetwood I'd imagine Blackburn would be keeping him seen as though they're under a transfer embargo.

Or maybe he just wanted first team football?

I don't get Chanpionship clubs, every fan pipes up about the difference in quality when compared to L1, then you go and say something like that.

Maybe he's a decent L1 signing and can't quite cut it just yet at Championship level?

Yeah, because been a league one squad player is the same standard as been a championship player....

Confused as to the point your trying to make? We've signed a player who had a decent season at fleetwood in this league last year who they tried to sign again. He's not a big name signing but a solid one. Unless your like this Dions head chap who has a mighty claret and amber chip on his shoulder

I don't really. I really couldn't care less about your club because apart from a few years in the 90s and now we've always been a couple of divisions higher than you.

Sorry to dissapoint you.

Cheers

Which bet was that again?
I am also willing to bet you (for a charity/contribution to the forum, not to go halfway towards your Bradford season ticket next year) £20 that we finish above Bradford City. Let me know if you're willing to take me up on this my little friend.

Of course I will - I almost earn that in an hour.

What are the key dangers? Your main source of goals is through Marcus Tudguy FFS!

Oh nice mate. So you could buy a Bradford season ticket for every hour you work?

OK is your money going to the forum or a charity

No, it takes just under 10 hours to fork out for a ST this season. It took me almost 14 working hours to pay for last season's - fucking manic.

£10.00 to OFF and £10.00 to the Bradford Burns Unit!

OK I confirm this bet. I will donate £10 to the forum and £10 to Zoes place.

Good luck

You come across as very bitter and jealous that Bradford City care about their fans and also of the buzz factor around the club at the moment. Although I don't understand as Coventry have set their season ticket prices low as well, shows the owners are trying to look after their fans too also shows they are trying to fill that soulless bowl the Coventry team have to play in every other week.
