Scunthorpe look like the team to catch for the chasing pack. Incredible implosion.

We're done for here, we won't make the play-offs.

If Bristol Rovers overtake us from here we definitely don't deserve anything from this season.

It's difficult to not start looking at second place now. All season we've not been consistent enough and a huge problem with far too many draws. But with Wyke and now Jones too we look to have plyers up top who are able to grab the goals. Second spot could quite possibly be decided for a number of teams by Bolton's games in hand.

I wish I was around to see it. Watching your team top of any league is brilliant. Obviously it's even better the higher the league. I'd love to turn into a club that goes up and down between the prem and championship rather than turn into a stoke for example in the prem or an Ipswich in the championship.

It was a brilliant season, especially on the road. Didn't miss one game as it was part of my 7 years ever present home and away !!

That's one hell of a record WB, can anyone match or beat it? Nowadays do you spend Friday afts in Worksop centre playing a violin with a flat cap on the floor in front of you?

I did roughly the same. 315 consecutive matches. Only stopped because I got into a bit of bother with the plod and couldn't go to the fa cup replay at QPR. Glad it stopped it started to take over too much.

1st nov 2003 stoke away - 12th Jan 2010 QPR away. Every one in between.

Ok, even though Port Vale are not going to feature in this at all, I thought it would be nice for you successful teams to have somewhere to discuss how great you are and how you will not only gain promotion from League 1 but will also walk through the Championship and straight to the promised land.

So, it appears that Sheffield United and Scunthorpe have the top 2 wrapped up.
Despite some recent ent trend going then they might actually be the team to trouble the current top 2.

My personal gut feeling is that the current top 5 will finish as the current top 5 in some order. That leaves one playoff spot available and is currently occupied by Southend

I know you said that you weren't going to get involved but this was only written 5 weeks ago. Just shows how much can change in the next 5 weeks.

Wow, must have a good job. Hope we can pee him off on Tuesday, though our injury situation is looking a bit sick.

Ours too, our match day squad was awful on Saturday with just kids on the bench, we then got another injury.

That surely has to be the record in the whole football league.

He doesn't make a big thing of it at all anyway there probably aren't that many that even know. He's definitely not one to have all the attention from it if it is anyway.

He's only in his 30s I would say.

Proper strange bloke to be fair and obviously has very little else in his life but fair play to him, loyal as they come. He received some sort of recognition award from the club recently too.

Just found this from when he reached 850.

It's a proper addiction.

Always stood on old kop with him and loads of others. When they put seats on kop 25 years ago we and a few others got them together and now we're the only 2 still in same seats !!

One of our famous fans for his loyalty, again really unassuming died 2 years ago. His record went even further back.

A city fan I know a little bit from England games did over 1000 games. I believe his run came to an end when city weren't given any away tickets at Moscow a couple of years back. He used to do all England aways too until city started getting in Europe. A mate of mine hasn't missed an England away game for over 25 years including the match in Istanbul where we had no tickets and it was extremely hard to get in the country. I actually know another who got in that night. The 1st bloke I mention has done over 100 test matches abroad too
