Disappointed not to win yesterday, we were so comfortable until the red, but fair play to Solihull they took advantage of it with 2 very decent finishes. Would think the replay has a chance of being televised as well.

It wasn't a bad game but still enough to send plenty of our fans into meltdown on our forum...

Leyton Orient looked like an utter mess.

Not sure why this would be a surprise to anyone. We are currently the worst run, most at-risk EFL club, and I include Coventry, Leeds, Charlton and Blackpool in that.

Freezing cold, torrential rain, horrible pitch, two goals down. I'll take a replay and run from that happily.

I'll tell you what though, I'll be more optimistic about our season when our best player returns from injury. Wait, his loan is up in January?

Fuck.

How many Carlisle and Notts County fans made the trip down to rainy Hertfordshire?

No number on away fans at Boreham Wood, but the overall crowd was 1,400 and it looked to be more than 50% Notts.

Newport very poor today for a Football League side. wouldnt have believed their was 2 divisions between the sides. We were the better side for the first half, although Newport did grow in to the second half. Impressed by Healey and Sheehan.

That 6-0 loss has been coming for weeks, since Cavasin took over infact.

I've not seen an Orient side ever play like that one today, players going through the motions and clearly not motivated for the cause or the manager.

If you watched Chelsea last season under Jose Mourinho, towards the end of his reign when certain players were going through the motions under him, today was very similar to that.

When Andy Edwards took caretaker charge for his two games, confidence was clearly low, but the team gave everything for him. I've seen the opposite in recent weeks.

Everyone at Leyton Orient is currently at rock bottom, myself included, it can only be so funny for so long. This is our managers interview today after our game, we've just lost 6-0, this is the reaction when you know you're going down:

Wish you'd gone through the motions against Pools.
Nice to see Hartlepool lad McGuire get 3 today though.

Wouldn't argue with any of that. We are poor and carry way too many light-weight players who wouldn't be out of place in Confernce North. Wezzer has got his work cut out. Neither side did enough to win it yesterday with our dire home form, you may still be in with a good shout. BTW it wasn't that long ago we were competing in the same division.

TBH I don't give a toss about a cup run and just hope we can keep in touch with the other teams in the relegation zone until January and clear some of the dead wood.

You look at Orient's team with the likes of Simpson, Massey, Weir etc and no way should it be where it is.

Even if those players play below par every week you'd think they'd still have enough to at least scrape enough points together to be away from danger. Unless they really don't give a shit.

Jay Simpson doesn't seem to have featured much this season, I think he walked over Becchetti's grave during the summer or something but appears to have been frozen out a bit.

Well he was injured at start of season wasn't he?

He's been pretty much a regular starter since then.

When the number of Carlisle fans at St Albans is released you can deduct one from that number to account for Nathan Jones who apparently snuck in amongst our lot.

Becchetti tried to sell both Simpson and Cox, or at least one of them in the summer as they're both on too much money. Simpson was frozen out of the team until the window closed as he was always talking to clubs - One of which was Southend. But they couldn't strike a deal with him.

In the end Cox was released, after he rejected a move to Northampton and the Becchetti cancelled his contract.

Simpson has found his way back to fitness, but he has been shit this season, he has barely looked like scoring and is a shadow of the player he was a year ago. He was just as guilty yesterday of throwing the towel in.

His contract is up in the summer and he will 100% go, whilst we sink.

This will no doubt continue in the following weeks!

They don't and haven't for at least the last 2 months.

Not the worst draw, as there weren't many particularly great draws to be had, all the more disappointing now though that Maidstone were unable to hang on against Rochdale yesterday, so more than likely home to Rochdale, which I'll happily take, home to Maidstone less likely but would be pretty nice.

As the number of teams left in the bag wen't down and down it seemed inevitable that we'd be away to Plymouth again, so I guess fans of both clubs relieved to see no repetition of that.

Also from the camera angle below the bowl you could clearly see how close we came to being drawn away. Weird moment that.

Crickey we were so convinced we would get our nemesis with us being in the last four to be called out. As Shoddy said we've both pleased to avoid each other.

Personally I prefer Alfreton to Newport because it is a new team for us. Key is we are home, though unfortunately I won't be able to go, but the Mrs has said she'll take the kids.

Well, that last second equaliser doesn't feel so gutting now, so there's that.

Sutton away is a great draw, which more than likely means Cheltenham beat us a week tomorrow.

Chesterfield away, utterly shit draw, we'll get knocked out with no fanfare and no TV game. Our travelling baboons will probably be gleefully rubbing their hands at the chance to grunt some unfunny chants at Ched Evans though.

Woking away for us - happy memories because the last time we played there we were promoted.
Although could have done with somewhere a bit closer to home maybe...
