So Canelo v GGG has finally been made, with the announcement coming after Canelo beat Chavez in a ridiculously one-sided fight.

Who we going for then? Golovkin was made to look human against Jacobs but I still think he'll win it.

It's about time it was made, up until these last few fights I was definetly favouring GGG however I've started to have a slight lean towards Canelo but either way I'm just glad it's been made.

I thought Chavez jr was a disgrace last night, yes he may have been outclassed but at least show a little bit of heart to try and show the fans who had paid good money to watch it that you weren't just there for the pay cheque.

It's certainly became a lot closer for me after seeing the Jacobs fight. Canelo isn't going to move like Jacobs though so I'll still go Golovkin. I think GGG would have had Chavez out of there in 3 or 4 rounds last night for what it's worth. Canelo is a great boxer but can be manouvered to the ropes and if you're there against GGG you're getting hurt.

Canelo wins provided he can take a hit. At some point Golovkin is gonna land to the body and head, if Canelo can avoid getting KO'd, he wins on points. Still don't think Golovkin has really beaten an elite level fighter tbh, and i suspect Canelo will find him easy to land on. Age gap is pretty real.

I think GGG knocks out Canelo in the middle rounds.

Sam Eggington is my favourite British fighter at the moment, he is just never in a dull fight. He just marches forward letting his hands go and ships a load of punishment himself.

Hearn is mental saying he'll fight Garcia later in the year. I'm a fan of Eggington but he's very limited. Seems like a legitimately nice fella too. I'd like to see him challenge for a world title, he'll probably a go if he defends that European belt a couple times.

Also, why the hell is Frankie Gavin fighting at 154? He's not big enough to fight at 147 let alone at super welterweight.

Because as we know he is incredibly unprofessional and always has been. I reckon he should call it a day, looked awful last night against some no-mark.

Big fan of Eggington aswell, he's great to watch, never in a dull fight.

I hope he doesn't go chasing the big payday too soon, if matched well he should be looking to defend a few times at european level and make himself some good money before taking the step up.

Taylor V OD, that'll be a fight.

Davis V Walsh tonight should be epic.

Looking forward to tonight but really can't call it. When it was announced I thought Brook, but now I'm leaning more to Spence.

I feel more confident now than I did a few weeks back on Brook. I thought Spence looked more drawn at the weigh in.

Believe they both can't weigh in more than 157 this morning, but can rehydrate further after that. Be interesting to see just how big Brook (and Spence, tbf) is come the first bell.

Looking forward to this tonight. Genuine 50/50 fight on paper. I said when it was announced that I thought Brook's timing and accuracy would result in him stopping him late on and I'll stick with that.

Just hope the fight lives up to expectation. Some good fights on the undercard aswell, hopefully Groves can eventually get that world title and you'd fancy him too.

Brook has to be one of the worst managed boxers in history. Fought against bums and tins cans most of his career, then jumped up a couple weight classes to fight a massive puncher at middle, then fought the biggest up and comer in the welter. Why not just take a couple of decent names, but easier fights? I think he'd beat Vargas/Broner etc. He foxed Spence (or Spencer as Froch calls him) a couple of rounds with his awkward stance switching, but otherwise got pretty dominated for me.

Still think Brook beats Khan as well. Not a bad fighter, just taking ill-advised fight moves his whole career

He should go to 154lb and stay there as he is killing himself making 147lb. Also he's had 2 broken eye sockets now, question should be whether he should be fighting on at all.

Problem is there's no real mega fights at 154 now Canelo has moved up.

I can see him fighting Khan for one big pay day then maybe calling it quits if he now has two injured eye sockets.

Whilst we're on the subject, what about the total bollocks Bellew was coming out with at the end? He basically called Brook a quit job, even though he said he couldn't see out of the eye. Brook jumped up the weight class and went in with Golovkin and promptly got himself busted up so it's only right that Bellew goes in with Joshua or Wilder and we see how he copes with a broken eye socket and whether he quits or not.

Bellew is about as big a bell end as a human being can be.

Think Brook should fight Khan and then call it a day, another damaging eye injury will have added some serious miles on his clock. Bellew likes to remind everyone how big his own heart is and how he's not one to quit in pretty much every interview he's a pure cock. Bellew and Brook represent two total opposites though on how Eddie Hearn has managed his fighters, he's turned a half decent cruiserweight into a PPV star and has pretty much got him a shot at a heavyweight world title, where a far more talented boxer in Brook has been totally mismanaged and has near enough finished his career.

Brook took a fucking knee in front of 27,000 of his own fans in his home city, he deserves the pelters. He certainly doesn't deserve PPV again. Twice now he's swallowed.

Mayweather v McGregor has finally been made for August 26 in Vegas.

Absolute farce of a fight but we'll all tune in.
