DOOM.
Is it any cop?
Loved it back in the 90s. I usually wait a few months before buying a game so I know it's decent and you can get it a bit cheaper! But really tempted to get that bought now!

Bloodborne, the hype of the game seems to be oh it's hard so it must be good. Killed the cleric beast and father casgoine and they got bored and uninstalled it from my HDD.
I really couldn't take to it, it seemed to be that they put overly populated enemies around the place for no reason, the party system was a piss take and the combat was all very mehShame. You've missed out on a great game there with incredible lore and some epic boss fights.
My GOTY for 2015. And the DLC is quality
Played a fair bit of this now and I think it's awesome. Incredibly fast paced, great level design and the combat is fantastic. The story is a bit thin though. Basically a marine investigating a demonic invasion and, err, that's it.

Gamespot gave it a ten, my only problem with that is that the story will be too short for that mark, apparently you can run through it in around 13 hours.Nah, they make sure that the real fans get it first.
Discounting the stolen truckload or whatever that's been doing the rounds in recent weeks where people got it really early. I may have to track one of those down actually just to get it first, as a #TRUENAUGHTYDOGFANBOY.
Actually on that topic, have you seen IGN's early impressions? They've basically finished with the single player but are waiting to try out the multiplayer before completing the review. But the single player actually sounded... disappointing. Like, it's still better than 99% of other games out there, but not quite up to Uncharted standards... and for the final third (right up until the final parts) of it they seem to run out of ideas and it's basically just aimlessly shooting through meaningless waves of enemies with no real inspiration or creativity that the series is known for.
Plus it apparently doesn't really have any standout set pieces, which is a bit of a shame.
Despite that though, they still said that based just on the main story it'd score an 8.8 which is obviously very good. Just not quite the 9.5-10 territory I assumed it would be landing in.
Still hyped as FOCK for it though.
Like the original, god I loved DOOM back in the day!Played a fair bit of this now and I think it's awesome. Incredibly fast paced, great level design and the combat is fantastic. The story is a bit thin though. Basically a marine investigating a demonic invasion and, err, that's it.

Aye it depends on what you want out of a game; if you want a 200 hour mega behemoth world like Witcher 3 or something that is truly exceptional like The Last Of Us, then you are more than getting your money's worth; if its just filler to make it last longer which games like AC and a lot of Ubisoft titles do (and I do like those games myself), then you may feel a bit shortchanged. For Uncharted, its the adventure, and great fun you have during it, even if it is a bit shorter, that will make it feel worthwhile. I'm just not sure on replayability with the Uncharted series. After recent years playing the over bloated likes of Far Cry 4 and Assassins Creed and such with loads of content... I'd always happily now take a game of 13 hours of Uncharted 4's quality as opposed to a game like AC which, yes, is about 30 hours long or whatever, but only has about 5 hours or so that are great, with the rest just being repetitive shit thrown in there to make the game longer.
