Why do Brentford and Ipswich always have to get late wins every time we seem win ourselves. I think we have been in 8th position for the last 5 months.

Also a shout out for Benik Afobe, now the top scorer in England.

Good results for Ipswich, Brentford and Wolves tonight, Derby and Norwich are looking a bit vulnerable at the moment. I said last week that the top 5 weren't guaranteed and I stand by that.

We're there for the taking at the moment. Watford will be disappointed that they don't play us before the international break.

Massive game now Friday, how many of your injured will be back training this week? If Bent is able to stand up then I would still back him to score past us.

Not sure, there were rumours of Thorne being involved at the weekend and again tonight but still no sign of him. Bent rumoured for Friday but again, still nothing concrete.

We need someone back quick. Whether it's Thorne/Bent/Martin, one of them will be a boost. Can't see where our next goal is coming from nevermind win!

Think Derby are there for the taking on Friday, and as Veggie Legs said with the current form of 6th-8th, the top 5 certainly aren't as secure as they think they are.

Don't mean to sound overconfident but I feel we can get something on Friday, with injuries to their strikers and reliance on loaned players, I feel now is the best time to play them.

But of course I'm now setting myself to look silly no doubt, probably lose 5-0 again.

No overconfidence at all, we can't do anything at the moment.

We're not even going to make the playoffs. This is a fucking disaster.

We just offer no threat whatsoever.

This bloody league. Crazy.

Disappointed to drop two points tonight. Huddersfield away was one of the games I had down as a match we really needed to be winning. Forest at home Saturday - that has become even more vital.

Really need one of Boro and Watford to start dropping some points now, although I am encouraged that they have some really tough fixtures to play, including against each other. This weekend is going to be awesome. Huge games everywhere. Wolves v Derby on Friday night. Bournemouth v Middlesbrough Sat lunchtime. Watford at home to Ipswich and we've got Forest at home. Any team in that top six who wins this weekend is going to be making ground on at least a couple of teams. Not a good time to slip up.

Still not ruling out a top two finish, but we can't afford too many more nights like tonight. The top teams have too many tough games coming up for anybody to rule themselves in or out of that top two. It's going to go down to the final day. It has to.

You're obviously going to beat us, we're fucking useless right now.

Tonight was utterly ridiculous, no idea what more we have to do to win. But that's the championship for you.

Ref had a shocker.

Don't they always? Never known them as bad, as they've been this season.

At least it is at home so we might draw instead of lose.

Our last game is Fulham. If you think it's going to the final day, you might as well rule us out now.
It's the perfect time to end that particular hoodoo :cool1:

I think its definitely the best Championship season in many years regarding the promotion race, I think both the top 2 places and all the playoff positions will swap many times on the final day of the season. Shame the relegation battle is pretty boring.

I think we have half a chance still. Tonight is huge and we have have have to win. Then go to Carrow Road and do the same. IF we can do that we go into the international break with potentially 4/5 teams in sight, with our next 2 being Wolves and Brentford.

Huge ask but we have no pressure on and haven't got anything to lose.

Enjoying the sheep wobbling at any rate

Had us down to drop points last night, so slightly makes up for the loss to Cardiff on the weekend, but it's still all so tight at the top.

Still think the automatic places are beyond us, but if we can get something from Derby away and Forest at home, we should be secure enough in the play offs.

Millwall at home on Saturday, have to get 3 points.

Can you imagine Forest getting into the last playoff spot on the final day, at the expense of Derby!

haha! It would be your version of WBA running us down and getting in on the last day of the season.
