Both players have been outstanding when they've got amongst the balls in this match. McManus gave too much away yesterday but looks in exceptional form today. I think Ding will win though, 17-12 or 17-13

It is incredible where McManus has found this form from. He was never really world champion material back in his prime, let alone now. Great to see it though.

At least one qualifier through to the final too. Ding v Selby is probably the best match up but whoever makes it, it should be a cracker. Probably one of the most enjoyable tournaments I can remember.

Selby v Fu looks like it's going to go to the wire. Far from fluent from either at the moment.

Good to see Ding make the final too. Far too good a player to never make it that far.

How many millions would be watching Fu v Ding if that is the final?

Cant see Fu or Selby on this form denying Ding the win. Totally deserved too

Some superb safety play on show at the minute, but neither player looks interested in potting anything.

Well there has been some excellent single balls pots in the frame but the balls have gone awkward and neither player can get position.

Crucial safety battle this though. Fu in trouble here.

I wonder if anyone is going to ask Marco about the foul on the red he didn't own up to.

They say the first step to rectifying ignorance is accepting it, so well done mate. If you need any advice on snooker PM me.

Because Ding was better. This is what I'm talking about mate, I'm amazed such an obvious answer escapes you. Even someone with a basic understanding of snooker should know this.

Like that Selby, a lifelong Leicester City fan, could win the World Championship on the same day they win the Premier League. Like, if Carlsberg did bank holiday Mondays...

And I can't believe it's ending tomorrow, it's been great stuff! Don't know what I'm going to do with myself, it's been constant snooker on in the house these last 2 weeks.

I'm quite relieved tbh, I've got 24 recorded 'A place in the sun; home or away' on my planner due to watching snooker every afternoon instead.
