Uhh. I hope we can have the sun we had last bank holiday this weekend. Beer garden weather is what bank holidays are all about.
Hope you limited yerself to only a few of those ciders, I'm watching you!Thunder and lightning predicted all day in Wells tomorrow,i'll be watching the storm in my local watching people walk by getting soaked
I only had 3 as my missus issued orders before i went outHope you limited yerself to only a few of those ciders, I'm watching you!
"Sunny Sunny Bournemouth" has been pretty much permanently under muggy sticky cloud with odd showers for the last couple weeks. Warm, without being able to appreciate or enjoy it.another scorcher today.....that's 4 weeks of continuous decent weather we've had up here. Last time I can mind of this was 1995.
I spoke too soon mate.....thunder, lightning and pishing down now....."Sunny Sunny Bournemouth" has been pretty much permanently under muggy sticky cloud with odd showers for the last couple weeks. Warm, without being able to appreciate or enjoy it.
what a strange post Mowgs? the fuck's wrong wi a chippy mate ?I sunbathed in my garden earlier and fell asleep now i look Asian My missus fell asleep in the shade and has been throwing up so i've been taking the piss which means i won't get any food unless i get a takeaway so veggie curry it is then,if her fingers go anywhere near my food i'll stab them and she can ring out for a pitza if she's hungry
I prefer a veggie curry mate as my local curry house is top notch and being a veggie a chippy doesn't have a great deal of choices for me, we have a kebab shop locally but they cook meat and veggie dishes on the same shelf so i wouldn't order food from there.what a strange post Mowgs? the fuck's wrong wi a chippy mate ?
apologies mate....wasn't aware you were a vegetarian.I prefer a veggie curry mate as my local curry house is top notch and being a veggie a chippy doesn't have a great deal of choices for me, we have a kebab shop locally but they cook meat and veggie dishes on the same shelf so i wouldn't order food from there.
Can't sit out in it Mowgli.....especially today as it's up to 32 degs here. Had to do my grass & hedge starting at 9am today but even at that it was knackering. As Leo's post, i'm off outside to top up my tan.
Been out in it for 3 days but even i took a break today it's that hot here in Somerset,30 degrees tomorrow apparently just when i've got an appointment at Bath hospital which means 90 minutes each way on a boiling hot bus so nobody better piss me off as i won't be responsible for my actions According to the forecast we'll keep the heatwave until Wednesday when tempratures will drop to a cool 24 degrees. Can't sit out in it Mowgli.....especially today as it's up to 32 degs here. Had to do my grass & hedge starting at 9am today but even at that it was knackering.
we've got a hosepipe ban next week - I assume that ain't actually enforceable?
I'll have to wake up just before sunlight in that case. Can be with a £1000 fine. Just hope that no one notices/dobs you in
Its only a resident ban from using a hose pipe I believe
we woke up to heavy showers this morning which wasn't forecast for our area. Plenty sunshine now & I'm following the shade. It better not even think about raining anytime soon. My windscreen wiper motor in my car has bust and waiting on delivery of the part!
