Elite: Dangerous on PC, remember the original and played the sequel on the Amiga about 25 years back now and its my type of game, so just trading up and up to get better ships and gear just now. Will be a while with this one.

I bought Skyward Sword on the Wii ages ago and still havent started it. I do love the Zelda games, it's just that you know it's going to take over your life for a long time, so it takes dedication to get started!

I've finally made a start on Persona 5.

I think I just finished the 3rd day. Kind of feels as if the tutorial side of things is taking a fair bit of time, though maybe that's because it's probably because there seems to be a fair bit to learn... or maybe it's just that any games tutorial was bound to feel long coming on the back of Zelda, where the tutorial is non existent.

But yeah, it's typical Japanese weird stuff, but I like it so far. I do hate the story format of it basically all being a flashback/recalling "what happened" so far though... hope that only lasts for a bit and isn't the running narrative through the entire game. I keep getting asked questions in the "present day" bit as if I'm supposed to know the fucking answers. I've not played it before, of course I don't know what you're talking about you plebs. Seems a weird thing for a game to do.

But yeah, digging the combat so far (pokemon, innit?) and it's stylish AS FUCK. Finding myself really liking the story as well, minus the above mentioned flashback format stuff.

Any update?

Yeah, I'm on like the very last bit of the Kamoshida (or whatever the fuck he's called... the douchebag volleyball guy) palace... like, next step is leaving a calling card.

But this is addictive, isn't it? Like, I basically lost my entire Saturday to it... pretty sure I went from about 2 hours to about 11 hours play time on that one day. If all of my recent time weren't taken up by E3 and other things I'd have played a lot more of it.

Still smashing Destiny, desperately waiting for number 2!

I have three characters who have put about two weeks of game time into Destiny, genuinely got bored by Aksis. The Crota raid was my favourite.

I hope D2 has better variety.

I'm currently looking for some voice samples in the crew quarters. Got quite a few sidequests so I'll do those before doing any more story missions.

Dead Cells
Only played half an hour or so but it's really fun, especially if you like metroidvania type games.

Kingdom Hearts II

Need to get back into this as I've not played it since last weekend. Been back to Port Royal for the second time and cleared that.

Been back to Port Royal, Halloween Town and Pridelands. Now I'm on my way to Atlantica...yay. Think I'm fairly close to the end?

Prey
Reached Deep Storage. Game has descended into the cliche of throwing far too many fucking enemies at me. Shame.

After I've beat these two I'm going to go through the Resident Evil games. Starting at 0 and all the way to 7. I'll probably skip 6. Let's pretend 6 doesn't exist actually.

There was a Resident Evil 6? Huh, I thought it went from 5 (still not great, let's be honest) to 7...

Also, will you be playing Code Veronica and the Survivor games too, or just the main series?

I'll be playing everything bar the survivor games because I don't have those on PS4/Vita. 0, Remake, 4, 6 and 7 on PS4 and 2 and Nemesis on Vita.

The second one lets you play as Claire and Barry ;)
I may have to look into it then, I need to get around to playing the other games properly to be honest, the only ones I've played properly are remake, 4 and 5. Remake I stopped and whenever I try to go back I'm confused as to what the hell I'm doing, and 2 and 3 I've just never had, got them on an emulator at the moment though, so shall get round to them soon.

Playing through Tomb Raider 2 at the moment and will probably play through to 5, as they're games I've not played properly except 4, 5 and the reboot so it's a while off yet.

I am really tempted to play the first 3 TR again. Bought the "HD Trilogy" for PS3 years ago (Played the originals for the PC more than 15 years ago). But actually I am playing another HD Collection for the PS3, the Splinter Cell 1-3 Trilogy. Very outdated graphics but makes still a lot of fun to stealth with Sam Fisher.

Damn, now I finally own a PS4 for some months after waiting so long and still playing on the PS3 ;)

Not fussed about the first, was never my favourite. Love 2 though never finished it, 3 is alright, also never finished it and I loved 4 and 5 about 10-15 years ago, so we'll see when I get to them.

Picked up The rise of Tomb Raider, pretty much the same as the first game (of the new set) still enjoyable though.

Wildlands - its good just needs to be played in a squad IMO.

R6 Siege - ace with mates, if it had some more depth it would be up there with the best for me.

Picked up the N. Sane Trilogy a couple of days ago and still playing my way through Crash Bandicoot 1.

Fuck me, this game is nails! The problem now is that they've implemented the physics of Crash 3, so add that to the more well-rounded platforms of Crash 1 and any small mistake will get you killed. Baring in mind that to 100% the game you have to complete the coloured gem levels without dying once, it's an extremely frustrating experience!

They've improved the controls for Crash 1, I heard!

Is it actually that hard or, indeed, has no-one has actually played a proper platformer for nearly 15 years? I've never had any problems with the Crash series and can whizz through them all in a day or two. Y'all need to stop bummin' them FPS's, or wanking, or whatever you usually do with your hands and get reacquainted with this wholesome genre.

PS. the remakes look pointless and shit.

Trust me Jockney, it's not just me whinging about how hard the first one is. Plenty of others are having the same problems. I've almost finished it now so will get back to you on how hard 2 and 3 are. Decent remasters, though.

I've got 100% on the game (Lost City and Slippery Climb coloured gems were tough), it's getting gold relics on the time trials that's frustrating me at the minute.
