I got one today in a mid-range Shanghai eatery. Had to send it back so they could finish cooking it. Take note JJH - I did not bin it.
Anyway, I don't imagine they're using very good meat for their burgers. Not summat you'd want to be eating rare, is it? Or is that just me?
