I got one today in a mid-range Shanghai eatery. Had to send it back so they could finish cooking it. Take note JJH - I did not bin it.

Anyway, I don't imagine they're using very good meat for their burgers. Not summat you'd want to be eating rare, is it? Or is that just me?

That's not strictly true, if you know the provenance of the mince or even better minced the meat yourself then cooking a burger rare is fine and has no more food safety issues than steak.

Zhongshan Park branch. We sat to the left rear as you come in. From the street entrance I mean, not from the downstairs Metrotown entrance.

I had a Spicy Fight Burger. For brunch! Came rare, didn't it? Sent it back. Missus had chilli beef (not home made) and egg burritos. No complaints with them.

We stayed maybe an hour and half. Took some pics with an instant camera coz we're raight hipster.

Not too many though coz that film's really expensive.
