Was close to being taken into hospital yesterday. Don't laugh but i had a problem pissing, started about 3 PM with the urge to piss but barely dribbled followed by a burning sensation that made my eyes water i can tell you :ohm: Finally started pissing properly again after 6 hours which was so enjoyable i wanted to cheer out loud :) Will have to see my GP tomorrow. Hope none of you have the same problem as it was like pissing liquid fire!

No medical qualifications here but.......possibly a (or part of) a small kidney stone making it's way down and you passed it.

A pretty good summing up of your average Corbyn fanboi.

Mate I like you (a stand up family man) but you're like a turkey voting for xmas. You'll thank us when your children enjoy the fruits of our sacrifice.

Aye, getting called a fan boi is a huge sacrifice but one I'm willing to take so that your children are able to buy a house.

I had Perianal abscess a year ago. That was incredibly painful, thankfully you have to be asleep when they pop it and drain all the mucus crap out. My penis ballooned 10 x the size and I had to support it and move slowly etc.

I'm sure the doc and a probable cystoscopy are on the way. Meanwhile:
  1. Consider peeing through a seive or tea strainer when you finally manage it, if you want to see if you've passed a kidney stone. Although the clink in the bottom of the loo is another clue. That said, I'd have thought you'd have had pain (back and side) getting a stone from kidney to bladder if that was the problem. They're sharp litlle (or not so little) buggars.

  2. Lemon or Orange Barley Water is a good way of dropping the acidity in the urine if there is an infection kicking off.
  3. Cranberry juice is an excellent preventative for urine infections.
Best of luck with it. Plenty of good info online but a doc is even better, even over the phone.

Crohn's disease for me! Funnily enough when I was in hospital I was in the same ward as lots of older men that had problems with kidney stones and the like.

My mate who is 55 is struggling with Crohns disease and it's dreadful to see him become a shell of the person i've known for 20 years. Have you now come through it and got your life back on track?

I've had it since I was 13, I'm 26 now so had plenty of time to adapt. I normally have 2/3 years of feeling good and then 6 months of something not being right like the abscesses. Just got to make use of the good days and look after yourself on the bad ones.
