I've had it since I was 13, I'm 26 now so had plenty of time to adapt. I normally have 2/3 years of feeling good and then 6 months of something not being right like the abscesses. Just got to make use of the good days and look after yourself on the bad ones.

Can't eat nuts or large quantities of stuff with skin on tomatos and the like as my body finds it hard to digest. There's nothing that causes a reaction as such though. That I know of anyway.

Never heard of them, Yodel and Hermes are fucking awful and the ones I've had trouble with (multiple times) before now. The others ain't much better either, in my experience the only ones up to much cop are Parcelforce.
