Drivers that don't follow the very obvious instructions about what lane to be in on a roundabout, and then panic when they realise they are in the wrong lane and then try to force their way back into the correct lane.

The impatient ones who do it on purpose are worse. I use one roundabout where they'll be in the right hand lane but they turn left.

Yup, there is a massive roundabout near Tesco not far from where I live and there is always a queue to go straight on. However the left hand lane is only for turning left but it doesn't stop ignorant, impatient pricks from using it to go straight on, cutting in front of drivers in the correct lane. Saw one guy in an Audi (surprise, surprise) trying to do it to a crappy old work van some time back. The van didn't give an inch and the Audi ended up clipping it in its attempt to cut in. Suffice the say the Audi driver appeared to be more concerned about the damage than the guy in the van.

I agree with nearly all of that with the exception of your stereotype of Audi drivers. I used to drive an Audi and with one exception was a very conscientious Audio driver. I will not like your post because of your brazen audiphobia

On Homes Under the Hammer when they take you back to see the house and it's not finished.

It's so annoying when you're stuck behind a bus, and when it stops to pick people up there is no way past, so you have to wait for it to move again.

I'd take that any day over Homes under the hammer, Bargain Hunt, Escape to the country, BGT, X Factor etc

But the shows you have listed only feature noises similar to a crying baby in one hour bursts

That's true, but if like my ex you record them and watch them back to back the effect is much the same in terms of time. Or just an afternoon of daytime television.

Next time feed or change the baby or you'll be hearing from Social Services.

Escape to the country is the dregs , I wouldn't mind if the tasteless , over monied , boring shitcrumples ever actually bought one of the ludicrous , twee houses that they are dragged around by the vacuous waste of oxygen that presents it . but they never do !!! This negates the whole fucking point of the program . On top of this they make the poor bastards go jam making or some other nonsense to show them what their new pastoral , rural life will be like because that's what people in the country do . ( here's a secret Rupert or Jocasta or whatever your name is , they don't )

I think you should be a paid TV programme reviewer.

1) I can see why she's your ex

2) not my child so I suspect social services would still be called if I attempted either of those things

I hope number 1 refers to my ditching her because of her TV habits and not my intolerance of them.

People, (mainly students and the young unemployed) who without permission, wash car windscreens at junctions controlled by traffic lights and expect to be paid.

Seeing a photo of a 3 year old boy washed up, dead on a tourist beach. Sickening.

The only positive from the heartbreaking photo is that it seems to have woken this country up a little bit and people are now realising how bad this crisis actually is. In the last day or so I've seen loads of stuff on social media that makes me regain some faith in the human race.

I deliberately avoided the photograph yesterday but seeing my wife so upset about it last night I thought it deserved my attention. So very upsetting. The fact my 2 year old son is an almost identical size and build automatically, even if it was for an split second, made me imagine how I would feel if it was him in that situation. My heart really does go out to that poor man who has lost both his children and wife in one horrific tragedy.

As you say, hopefully if one good thing comes out of this it makes the west wake up to what is happening. And that seems to be the case.

People with headphones on who think their farts are silent.
People with headphones on who don't realise their mobile phone is ringing.
People with headphones on who don't hear the "This train is now terminating here" message so hold the train up because they sit there oblivious to everyone else getting off to wait for the following train which can't come because the previous, cancelled, train has a dickhead with headphones on it sitting in a carriage.
Brain-cancelling headphones.

The people who plan traffic light phasing.
People who, when the traffic lights turn green, end their conversation, turn back to driving, engage the clutch, take the handbrake off, check the mirrors, turn to verify that all passengers have their seatbelts on, comment on the weather being fine but not as nice as last year, check the mirrors again, check for any pedestrians, say something like "Tally Ho" and inch their Kia Pee'd forward to follow 300 yards behind the vehicle in front...as far as the traffic lights which have now turned to red again. These people only ever get up to 40mph because the earth is rotating underneath them at a faster pace.

People who think they can get away with crass, offensive, insulting language by calling it "banter", you humourless c***.

Some of these Ground Guides really are shite. Just read the St Marys one. Basically, it says it's in Southampton. Useful.
