When I was a student, getting a fiver out was great. Now though, I'd rather not have twice as many notes than necessary.

Wow. Sometimes I think pharma companies can get a bad rep, at the end of the day they need to make a profit for it to a) be worthwhile and most importantly b) be able to fund more research. That increase is absolutely disgusting however on life saving medication.
