Yeah, the Funnel Web is Australian. As is the Huntsman, horrible little bastards that they are, as common as house spiders here, fast as fuck and do bite when threatened. They're not poisonous, but they do carry diseases, so their bites are similar to getting bitten by a rat in that it'll hurt like fuck either way and you have a chance of contracting some nasty disease because of it. Chasing these fuckers around the living room ain't fun. (Lived in Australia for 2 and half years )
