I went for a run along the A4 and then up and around Clifton Down on Wednesday and was knackered by the time I got to Tesco on Whiteladies Road, so was very happy to find some cheap chocolate milkshake myself too.

I think I paid 70p though, so might have to run to whatever Tesco you went to next time.

Been drinking more coffee lately. Can any coffee drinkers direct me to the best a supermarket can offer?

So far I've had Nescafe Gold Blend and M&S Columbian. The latter being the nicer.

Maxwell House is nice, and Asda's Gold Blend is decent too.

Pretty good stuff that, I'm on Kenco Smooth just now. My sister brings back some lovely Italian coffee every time she comes back from Italy a few times a year and its great but its proper stuff and we are lazy sods here so to make it would be too much hassle!

Nescafé Alta Rica is the best instant coffee around in my opinion.
