I would have to disagree with Suarez being ahead of Aguero to be honest. I do believe Suarez to be a better player than Aguero, but Aguero is a crucial part of City's team and has actually achieved things. Unlike Suarez.

Because Aguero has achieved more and it wasn't solely due to the team he plays for. Yes, he does play for a World Class team but he's a crucial part of it. If I'm correct, Aguero has actually played longer in the Premier League (not by much) and not only that Suarez is better for Uruguay than Aguero is for Argentina.

It doesn't solely come down to Premier League performances as to why I think Suarez is better. It also has to do with general performances elsewhere.
