If Arsenal do get another Leicester player, I wonder if they'll be hammered as much as Chelsea, United, City or Liverpool would be for "ruining Leicester" and basically being opportunistic vultures throwing money around? There's absolutley nothing wrong with it but Arsenal and their goody two shoes, choir boys reputation seems different to the other big clubs for some reason.

I don't want to rub salt into the wound but PSG are apparently "prepared" to pay Kante's release clause.

Jokes on us when you sign Theo and he bags in 35 next season and wins you back-to-back league titles.

I was actually thinking about Walcott, and not in a sexual way in the shower. He would suit us to fill Vardys role and he's slipping further away from your starting 11 and would get the chance to show he's actually able to be a striker. I wouldnt be concerned about wether he could perform in that role, though to emulate Vardy he'd have to do a lot of chasing down, but I'd be worried he'd die within a few weeks. Maybe we'll have him and Ox. I wouldn't mind Campbell either. And Gibbs! I'll take Ramsey off your hands too.
You can clear out your dead wood and we can recycle it into, hopefully a nice set of living room furniture. And not just something that resembles a felled tree.

I'm one of an increasingly shrinking group of Arsenal fans that would like to keep Walcott.

I think he's our best right forward and he balances out the rest of the midfield from an attacking point. He also links up very well with Giroud.

Even with Vardy I'd prefer to keep Theo over Campbell and Ox.

Not sure linking up with Giroud is going to have much benefit to you guys soon.
I don't think you'll stop at signing Vardy up front.

I'd be very surprised if we sold Chamberlain. I'd be very annoyed if we sold Campbell but that's almost certainty what's going to happen and I can't for the life of me understand why when he's performed so well and worked so hard for the team whenever he's been given the chance. He was our best player in the 2-3 month stint he was given.

Love Gibbs, great professional and decent player but he's almost 27 now and he'll be behind Monreal again next season. He's been linked with Liverpool which would be unfortunate but I'd wish nothing but the best for him.

Mahrez to Arsenal heating up. I'd absolutely welcome that but like I said earlier, I'd prefer Mkhitaryan.

Apparently Vardy hasn't decided, but will before tomorrow's flight. Might still decide to be loyal.

Mkhi murmurs getting louder as well. Wtf is this summer. Balls out for Weng's last season?

That Pablo bloke on Twitter seems to think we're in for Mkhitaryan. He's about the only actual ITK on Twitter I know. He doesn't share much but what he does is usually very reliable. Said we were in for Vardy weeks ago and says his info is that we'll be in for a good summer. He tweeted 'Vardy & Mkhitaryan' before deleting it shortly afterwards.

Definitely. If he wants to stay he absolutely has to win the league or CL i think. Though Gazidis did insinuate that Wenger is there for a long time I don't think they'd keep him after a season empty handed as the discontent among fans would reach new highs.

As for Vardy staying loyal, I highly fucking doubt it. And I wouldn't blame the guy one bit to be honest. Footballers have short careers in the game generally and his has been a lot shorter than most. He's had 2 seasons in the top flight, he might only have another 2 or 3 so he's gotta do what's best for him. If that's joining you shitboxes then fair enough.

Watford's Troy Deeney to replace Vardy at Leicester then? Talk of a 15m bid in the papers.

We've been after Deeney since we got promoted. He's not going to replace Vardy. The idea was probably to play them together. Musa would likely be the Vardy replacement. Similar players.

Troy will probably want to see who comes in and what the new manager is like before making any decision - he won't rush to leave.

Long's also been linked to Leicester before. Similar player to Vardy, without the finishing. Please don't take him. :(

I think we asked about him in January. Mind you we were a bit desperate then! We almost got in MB Diouf!

I think Slimani is the prime target for that position with Deeney the alternative. If we go English to replace Vardy I'd prefer to look at Callum Wilson if he recovers properly from his injury. Though Musa is likely to replace Vardy if we want to stick with a pacey forward and we've already spoken to CSKA about him. If Mahrez stays and we get Slim and Moose then we'll be fucked in January cos they'll all be off to play for their countries, and their sides will go far in the tournament.

Dominic Iorfa linked with Arsenal, West Ham, Southampton and Crystal Palace. Him and Kortney Hause had a great England U21 tournament but I would hope they stay for another season yet.

Also been linked with Callum Chambers on loan which would be a good move I think.

Not got the game time but a decent player and can cover a number of positions..

You mean the 2 year long 'Barca DNA' and forcing shirts on players campaign to force Arsenal's hand into selling cheaper, as opposed to Giroud making a comment about a player who has pretty much signed already, and has a release clause? Not nearly the same, let's be honest.

You either believe you shouldn't make comments about players at other clubs, or you don't. This is the same thing. In all honestly I don't think either are remotely offensive, but if you're offended by one don't make excuses for the other.

United have made an approach for Matic.

If that's true - goodbye, Morgan.
