I don't think so, they only have one proper left winger in Mirallas.

Also we were looking at Bolasie earlier in the window. Now Walsh is at Everton, and they've bought him. So since Walsh went there they've bought Gueye who had similar stats to Kante, and Bolasie. I don't think that's panicking.

Chucking £30m at Crystal Palace for Bolasie the same week as the season starts is panicking in my eyes.

It's an excessive fee but I think Walsh had targeted those players for Leicester and he's recommended them to Koeman. Panicking for me is throwing wads around at anyone who is available just to make a signing.

Bolasie is selfish, egotistical and tbh a bit shit at the footballings. Palace will be laughing.

However, there's surely got to be a cheaper alternative on the continent than Bolasie? I think Walsh may have brought Mahrez and Kante to you, so he's clearly got an eye for a player, but when you're being quoted £30m for someone of Bolasie's ability you've got to look elsewhere.

Bolasie's 27, so he's just entering his prime, but I'd be very surprised if Everton made a profit on him. As mentioned, Bolasie has just nine Premier League goals in his career. We signed Mane and Tadic for a lot less than that, who've already found the net in this league more times than him from a similar position. Redmond is also two off of nine in 20 less appearances.

I know our transfer window hasn't been anything to shout about, but Everton went into this one with their owner talking about spending millions. They're looking to spend millions, but all they've got to show for it is Stekelenburg, who's awful and Idrissa Gueye, who had a release clause put into his contract at Villa. Ashley Williams is 31 too and had a below par season at Swansea last year, while I didn't watch enough of Sunderland last season to pass judgement on Kone.

Everton were linked with Pelle, Arnoutovic, Sigurdsson, Witsel etc. It just seems like they're starting to panic with this mega fee spent on Bolasie.

He is selfish but when you're asked to provide for the likes of Wickham then you are more likely to want to hold on to the ball.
Palace will be happy as essentially they're swapping Bolasie for Benteke. They have a fair few decent wingers but no decent strikers.

Bolasie is being signed for Everton to beat Liverpool. He looks like Ronaldinho against them.

Quite happy with Bolasie, even if he is a bit pricey. Looks to me that we're filling up places in the squad with proven Premier League quality, which is what City did when they first came into money, signing the likes of Barry, Bridge, Lescott, Given, Kolo Toure etc. We could do with a few more players, we've been linked with Lamine Kone for £18m, Bony and Mata. I think Mata would be beyond us right now, but I'd love Bony and would take him in a heartbeat.

Oumar Niasse is supposed to be going to Palace as part of the deal on loan. Now he is a waste of money

It would make a change certainly if they did get a win over Liverpool. Can't tell you the last time that happened tbh without google.

Bolasie is a MOTD player, one of the most frustrating players I've watched, does nothing simple. I can't recall him ever making a short pass, he always opts to shoot from 40 yards instead.

Bolasie for £30 million is baffling. There's been some stupid fees thrown about this summer. This one is up there with the Troy Deeney figure thrown about. Completely agree with the MOTD player comment. A good player who operates in bursts. I'd pay no more than 10-12 million for him.

Good bit of business from us getting £5m for Paddy McNair. One year left on his contract and he's had about two good games for us at CB, Sunderland should definitely use him in midfield.

Going in for Gabigol, Gabriel Barbosa, the new Neymar who plays nothing like Neymar. But he's Brazilian and plays for Santos so yeah, Neymar mk II. If we get him I think we'll leave him with Santos til January.

Whenever I've seen Barbosa (Copa America and Olympics granted) he's been terrible, but he is incredible on FM, as Gilly says.

Being linked with Jason Denayer at Man City by various media. Can't say I know much about him, but he's a defender at least.

You will have to find him first, I think he's still looking for Robson-Kanu in Lille.

Rumors sayin' Conte offered Fabregas to Juve for 45m.

My thoughts, I doubt this is true, but if it were, I'd be buzzing. Yes, Cesc is an amazing player, but he doesn't suit Chelsea. We conceded so much goals last season because of him, yes we scored some because of him but what is the point if we concede more than we score? Also, 45m is so much money for a player, who I believe will sit in the bench alot last season since Oscar stepped it up big time so far this season.

Also, selling Cesc for 45m means more transfers. Chelsea need defenders more than ever!

Been linked with a loan move for Kenedy from Chelsea.

Be a good signing - thought Conte would want to keep him.

Fabergas should really play CAM with Oscar/Willian and Hazard beside him. Would help Chelsea a whole lot.
