I see Graham Stack has left Barnet. Would be a great signing for a Conference club. Will still have plenty to give at 34.

He'd do fantastically for any team down South. Worked very well in the dressing room and will do loads of work coaching-wise.

He has his problem areas, but as a shot-stopper he's amazing.

Craig Clay mentioned by a couple of people. Not sure whether they know something or whether they've just put his name forward as a CM we could sign.

I've heard this as well. He's been on trial at Motherwell though and started for them in a friendly the other night.

Arnold looks very likely considering who's following him on twitter now.
A long time since we've had a part time player as part of the squad, a keeper we signed from Celtic in the early 70s who was also teacher.
Unless the likes of Jordan and Sheridan were more recently dunno.

Clay wasn't good enough for a first team spot here so I can't see why he'd be good enough for Motherwell. Could do a job for Lincoln if you have another playmaker.

In regards to Arnold, on his day, he's unstoppable. However, he went missing for 6 months of last year. Always helps with the defence and is very fast. Capable of scoring belters. And he scored THAT goal. Still not sure whether he works best as a winger or through the middle.

Where's this talk of having him in as PT come from? I highly doubt we'll be accommodating a player who wants to be PT.

That's why I think they've decided to go with Arnold over Caton. The latter did none of that and DC wasn't particularly pleased with Caton in 2 or 3 of the friendlies.

DSL said that he believed Arnold wanted to go part time due his two hairdressing salons hence him having a trial with them at Alfreton.
Decent left footed centre back now please!

We're going to announce a new striker tomorrow before our PSF against Ebbsfleet. According to Paul Doswell on our website the new guy is an international with top flight experience

As in he's an illegal immigrant and a flight risk?

Kiddy fans, we've signed Kyle Howkins on loan from West Brom, with you last season. What's he like? Position?

we've got 4 trialists left for our game at Stalybridge tomorrow;-

Coughlin who has been offered a deal and might have signed by kick off
Belgian left-back Bryan van den Bogaert (ex Crawley and Ebbsfleet????) who was trialing at Colchester
Ghanaian midfielder Richard Boateng who was at Granada and Granada B in Spain - younger brother of ex Fulham player Derek Boateng
and Aaron O'Conner
also expecting to sign a centre back on a season long loan from a league club

Big, tall centre back. Was okay, wasn't particularly sorry to see him go. Played 10 games for us at a time when we were leaking a lot of goals. Surprised he's at a team in League 2 to be honest, but perhaps he will do better with a better defence around him.

Of course I don't watch the National League when my team is in L1. Just that we've been linked to him and I've never heard of him.

Seems a bit of a lower league wanderer.
