Been the odd thing floating here of a potential move but hadn't heard of any offers. Definitely not an exchange.

It'll be Arthur himself (or his agent) who's holding out for a better deal elsewhere. I think he'll sign but it will be right before the Wrexham game once he knows he can't get a contract with a league club./
