I think the Bowman thing is dead in the water, like you say he's been playing and scoring for Motherwell recently.

Gowling was out the first team and in the reserves after about 2 games when Bignot came in. Can’t remember if it was Gary Whilde or Mickey Moore who didn’t like him- either way, I’d say it’s unlikely.

I don't know why your manager / head of recruitment ever thought that was possible? As a club we wouldn't sell him to you and as a player why would he want to go to Wrexham over Notts Co. Theres been so much disinformation surrounding him it wouldn't surprise me if nothing ever happened and it's just kids on twitter stirring.
