Bignall returning maybe???
Bound to be some out of contract kicking around, didn't we trial a lad who was at Bristol???
Might be him??
Some who has a bit of pace would be nice too.

Anyone with pace. We just need another body.

It'll have to be someone that has been released pre the last window shutting. Can't imagine they'll be any great shakes.

He's a winger isn't he?

Not sure he'd get in our team ahead of Frear or Marsh-Brown, both a lot younger and Frear in particular has been on fire this season. Massive potential and will be in the league sooner rather then later.

Hows Marsh-Brown been doing ?
Is he as good as he thinks he is yet ?

No. He's inconsistent and needs to work harder. Thinks he can emulate Vardy apparently, but he'll need to improve his work rate and attitude a lot to get anywhere near that.

Very good crosser of a ball though, and has a few flashy skills in his locker, which he tends to do near the corner flag or in his own half rather then in dangerous areas. Needs to learn to pass the ball every now and then as well.

Conor Townsend any good Grimsby fans?

Apparently we're in for him when his loan finishes. :fish:

Woking and Dover fans, we're being linked with a return for Kadell Daniel and Toby Ajala, heard anything your end? Reckon it's got any substance?

Keith Curle at our game today, I assume watching Heneghan or Dennis, or both.

I haven't heard anything about Daniel. Wouldn't surprise me if he left. He hasn't been making the match day squad since injured players/loans have returned. At times he had some decent games for us but also ones where he was completely anonymous.

According to our owners interview on Hereford and Worcester, we'll be signing Arthur Gnahoua (ex-Macc) and Osman Faith (no idea) once the transfer window reopens. No idea if those spellings are correct.

Any truth in the rumour that Mackreth is leaving Grimsby? Mentioned on the Barrow forum, but not too likely it'll be us he comes to after the way he left. Possibly even better than Clee, IMO.

The snake (Liam Hearn) is back training with us today. No idea if that means he's back for good.

All will be forgiven again if he scores a few goals.

What a waste of time for both parties that was.

Obviously his "Grimsbyitis" has now been cured, just days after the derby. What a coincidence...

Probably just cost us an outside shot at the play-offs as we've been short up top all month. Yes, cheers for your impulsive moment of madness Liam.

He won't be here past the Summer.
