Michael Frey, 21 year old Swiss striker, once of Young Boys and now of Lille, is signing on a season long loan with a view to a £3m deal next summer. Don't know much about him but we need bodies up there and he has pedigree. Walker too young at the moment and Blackstock/Fryatt too unreliable fitness wise. Britt is still out so we need someone up there.

Gary Gardner also top of our list to come back for a season and Sherwood willing to let him go. He was superb last season and would really balance our midfield.

Should be steady enough.

Robinson should be decent enough as cover, means Wes can go out on loan now

Robinson looks great with his pace and tricks but never really influenced a game, apart from the hatrick against Havant.

If he works on his end game then he'll be a decent signing.

He's been messed about by Villa a fair bit which hasn't helped him.

Seems Hull are refusing to confirm the Odubajo deal unless we also sell them Gray. At the moment Odubajo is training with them, but the deal has not been confirmed, so we effectively are paying him at the moment to train with them.

Not happy with the way Hull are going about their business at all. Wouldn't surprise me if we flat out refuse to deal with them again.

No rumours on the incoming side of things. Still murmurs that we will sign on loan whichever one out of Pritchard and Alli Spurs don't want on August 31st, that would be amazing, but we'll also need to sign a replacement right back at some point before then.

I know anything can happen in football but there is just no way I can see Alli being loaned out, especially after he has performed so well in pre season.

BCS has it bang on - if your info is accurate you can start printing the shirts with Pritchard on the back. The Spurs fans have gone into a complete wankfest over Alli - have a look at youtube where there are videos of his performance against Real Madrid that border on deification.

Callum Robinson? Think we could've done better. All the best to the lad anyway. As Hodge said he's an improvement on Burns which is something.

Grayson wants another two.

A mobile, big bastard in midfield and a wide player with a bit of flair about him would be my preference.

Another centre back too if i'm being greedy but there's always the emergency loan market for that.

To be fair Hull gave you the great striker that is Nick Proschwitz, you must be eternally in their debt for that one...

Also Fulham have ended their interest in Kevin McDonald according to Kit Symons. Hope he signs a new contract now.

Us and Bristol City made bids for Hamill, neither got accepted. Don't think Bristol City will go back in now they've got Robinson.

Jason Denayer of Man City looked good against the likes of Real Madrid and Roma

He also has a great name for a centre back.

Bit out of our league I would think.

Can see him ending up at a top flight club abroad, on loan.

The only question will be who is 3rd choice from him or Agard

I suppose it would have to be Agard but Robinson seems pretty versatile so could always fill in for Freeman if need be, or on the wing if we happen to have a change of formation

Charlton fans, what was Chris Eagles like last season?

Supposedly still training with us and might be offered some sort of deal.

I liked him and quite surprised he wasn't offered a contract this season, although he didn't get a huge amount of game time.

Potentially question marks over his attitude.

Cotts specifically mentioned in his interview how he could play wide in a front 3 so it seems he's got in mind the possibility of switching it up if necessary. Good to have that bit of flexibility.

Not sure it's so clear cut Wilbraham will be first choice alongside Kodjia either. He got his goals in France playing up top on his own, looks big and powerful from the Youtube videos; he might not need a big man alongside him. Obviously it will be those two against Sheff Wed because of Agard's injury, but it will be interesting to see long term what becomes the best partnership

Odubajo confirmed gone. Massive loss for us, I'd say as big a loss as Pritchard. We need a top quality replacement, and quickly.

Wish him all the best though. Hope Hull do terribly and get relegated though. Very few players have found the grass greener since leaving us in the last couple of years.

So it looks like Andre Gray has rejected any approach from Hull City, before the two clubs agreeing a fee. I applaud his loyalty - he did the same here mid season when clubs were sniffing around, wanting to finish his job. He was rewarded at a later date.

That £1m+ windfall would've been nice though (sobs) :ffs: Genuinely, genuinely hope he does really well and goes onto play for England at some point.

I wouldn't say it's really our fault. Pritchard wasn't ours anyway, and Odubajo had a release clause.

I think Dallas could have been a good player for us, and still has some great potential, but Gogia and Vibe are an upgrade in my opinion. We've also got Judge, Jota above him in the pecking order.

Douglas did poorly in the second half of the season, and McEachran and Kershbaumer are definitely improvements there.

And apart from that we've also added Hofmann, Bjelland (who is fantastic) and Barbet without really losing anyone else. Definitely still a stronger squad than last year. Big hole at RB now but if we can get a good player in then we still stand a good chance of going up.
