Wolves rejected Norwich's 3rd bid of 10 million for Afobe.

We've reportedly told them we wont accept anything lower than 14mill

Steve Coterill supposedly at the Bescot last night looking at....Romaine Sawyers... hmm. Surely it has to be a double scouting mission for Bradshaw too? (Hopefully not). Our little 18 year old left back Rico Henry will be on the radar of teams before long IMO.

I'll be surprised if we're after Sawyers, we're well covered in that area.

I'd hope we were looking at Bradshaw over Sawyers, we play Brighton in October so also a chance to see an upcoming opponent not far down the motorway.

Really don't know why we're wasting our time. You don't need to sell and the player doesn't seem desperate to move, clearly you were always going to be asking for silly money and too right - I'd want us to do the same. It'd be completely ridiculous if we met your valuation.

I think that adomah would work wonders if we changed to 5-2-1-2
With
Hamer
Little
Ayling
Flint
Williams
Bryan
CM~ Pack
CM~Smith
CAM~ Freeman
ST~ kodjia
ST~ Adomah

For me wilbs is getting to old and maybe should go down the route of wadey or something like that?
First Bryan upfront, then Adomah?

Seems a strange one, but he was definitely there, as he's been pictured.

As for the watching Brighton theory, unless he thinks they're going to play their second team against us like Boro did, then he wouldn't have got much from watching them last night.

I dunno, he'll know Paul Clement from their Chelsea days, currently doesn't have a club and is getting on. A one year deal doesn't sound too out of the question.

Free agent isn't he?

Would be a top signing on a one year deal, but his wages would be astronomical you'd imagine.

I'm surprised he hasn't already to be fair, imagine his reaction when the board allowed him to spend 9M on Andre Gray

Believe it or not, Cole wasn't on huge wages in Italy.....I heard £40k per week. Still a lot.....but not the £100k you'd have expected.

Apparently we're trying to get both Nathaniel Chalobah and Lucas Piazon on loan from Chelsea.

We have a load of CMs so not sure how Chalobah will fit in (especially as it'll probably be as first choice again), but definitely wouldn't mind Piazon as we're desperate for more strikers.

Piazon is a left mid

Wouldn't surprise me if he's both. We have a knack for owning players who don't know if they are strikers or wingers, and end up terrible at both roles.

£300k bid rejected for Bradley Dack according to Daily Mail. Although the bid is a bit derisory I'm happy we're finally going down that route, if true of course.

He can play left wing....or attacking midfield.

Give over, we're not signing Ashley Cole!

Alex Pritchard however, we may well be.

Wolves have rejected 3 bids for Afobe from Norwich, interesting reading there fans comments in a few places that Wolves shouldn't be blocking the attempts of a prem club to better this players life. I think that we should start a charity so fans of prem clubs give us all £3 a week, to help us cope with the turmoil of being such championship supporting crets.

3 games Norwich have been in the prem and some of their fans are already bertie big bollocks about it.

I'll be honest if we got upwards of 8m profit in six months on a player I'd be tempted to deal however the price you'd be selling him for, the short period of time left in this window plus the over inflated prices already in play for Strikers particularly English ones would make finding a replacement nigh on impossible.

What a horrible club Wolves are, refusing to sell our best player to a Premier League club at the first attempt. We should bow down to the established Premier League club that is Norwich, and help aid their cause in anyway possible.

Fuck off you yokel inbred c***.

So, without sitting on the fence, what do you think about Norwich?

You have hit the nail on the head, factor in that apparently Arsenal have a largish sell on clause, 25% of profit over the original fee according to what i read on another forum, plus unless we have targets ready, we would have finished the window without Afobe, Sako, or a competent replacement for Sako, so we might as well just ask the league to give us 14th place and sit the season out.

Stick a nought on the end and Scally may think about it.
Anyway, just fuck off and leave him alone.

Quite right.

If City were willing to spend 7 million or whatever it was on Gray, don't take the piss with us.
