Think we're still likely to get a couple more in but hard to say who with the deadline approaching. Forestieri stalling but we haven't ended hope apparently. Think he might be waiting to see if he has any better offers before Tuesday. Wednesday are interested too but imagine he's looking for a London club. Might end up happening if he doesn't get one, though.

Limbombe waiting in the wings...reckon he's a fall-back option to be honest. Also been linked with Liam Moore at Leicester and Will Buckley is being touted around supposedly too.

At least we should have a better end to the window than last year!

Looked anything but a £3m player on Tuesday night, awful in fact.

Signed Michael Turner on loan, Hooper deal held up......

Forestieri is a no go IMHO, for the reason Magic said.

Just when it looks like our goalkeeping crisis doesn't look like it can get any worse, were linked with a move for Vito Mannone...

A single unitary authority for urban Dorset
Keeper Lee Camp and centre back Elliott Ward - Two very experienced Championship players basically free to a good home before the deadline next week.

Camp has been linked with Bristol City all summer but nothing has happened. Who needs a keeper?
Elliott Ward is linked with Birmingham today,

Neither have put a foot wrong for us in their two years here, and will do a job for someone.

Clement has said we won't pay over the odds, and that we won't be going back with another bid for Butterfield.

We got Hamer so no need for Camp in the end.

Our owners are certainly no mugs, including Sam Rush too. The man has been amazing these past couple years and he would be a bigger loss than anyone at the club staff wise.

really? everything I've heard suggests that since we've suspended Grabban we want/need Hooper to be involved vs Southampton (unless we sign another striker in time obvs)

According to some reports Neil just wants rid of him, the issue is financial between club and player, the Grabban thing is irrelevant apparently.

Dinamo Moscow sign Pavel Pogrebnyak!

That came out of nowhere, a nice saving to the wage bill there. Hopefully help us to fund a new striker.

They wouldnt have got rid of him unless they have something lined up. Already got mates texting me moaning about it. I expect a new striker will be bought in the next few days.

Moaning? You're looking at £1.4m+ wages saved this season. Really should help fund a new striker.

I don't think i've heard any Reading fan claim Pog to be a 30+ Championship striker.

Even in the Prem you could see he was a creator more than a finisher. We never really found him a decent strike partner, and it was clear that he didn't suit our style of football (hoof it up to the striker). We're now starting to play football more to his suiting, but he's 31, almost 32 and past his prime.

Don't even want to think how much he has cost us as a club financially.. Will probably go down as a cult legend though. Goodbye BFR.
