Moore to Brum on loan.

Cox to MK on a free.

I've read that post on your forum. It does seem plausible, although there is absolutely no way on earth that Burnley are paying him £26k/pw (£29k inc bonuses) as suggested.

I think those quoted wages are far more plausible than a rather long and obscure rumour of Bristol City's transfer activity tbh.

If Gray cost 6-9 million than he would demand wages around that amount. Would only be right for a player who cost a fee that high.

Those wages are only slightly more than our highest earners and we haven't spent even close to that in transfer fees. I could easily see there being 30 or 40 players in this league on £20k+ a week, so to have a player who took one of the biggest transfer fees in the league on an amount like £26k seems fairly reasonable.

I dunno, I bet Joey Barton's wages aren't a million miles away from that sort of figure.

There are people on our forum itk who are adamant that Gray is on those wages. Crazy money for a championship club to be paying out.

Sam Gallgaher has returned to Southampton, loan cut short.

Could do with another striker now, wouldn't be against signing Cox.

I remember when Sheff Utd were paying 40k a week in wages for James Beattie in this league.

Burnley have always been notoriously stingy, whilst I've been growing up; so to see £26k/pw and Burnley in the same sentence knocked me back a bit & I immediately thought 'bollocks'

Thinking about it (parachute payments etc)....It doesn't seem too far fetched.

Depressing.

Heard we supposed to be getting Revell back for 100k. If were relying on him to get us the goals and keep us up then were fucked, not good enough for this division.

They're paying Gray more than they were Ings last season!

ffs derby be quicker next time
Was thinking this, couldn't you at least have had the forethought to plan this out a bit sooner, unsettle him so he wouldn't play against us?! Inconsiderate wankers

Southampton have recalled striker Sam Gallagher from his loan spell at Championship side MK Dons.

The 20-year-old had moved to Stadium MK on a season-long loan in July.

Gallagher failed to score in 15 games for Karl Robinson's side, with his last appearance coming in their 1-0 defeat at Birmingham on 28 December.

He will join up with Saints again on Thursday alongside defender Jack Stephens, who was recalled from his loan at Middlesbrough on Monday.

Agree about Clough, would be a decent signing for anyone at this level. Scored 3 goals in 2 games against us.

Yea, was linked with Birmingham and Reading this afternoon.

For that price definitely worth the risk.

I'd take Zak Clough here. Bolton could have him back on loan for the season.
