Glaring omissions from this list are Danny Ings and Jay Rodriguez, who unlike any of the above, are FULL England internationals. Ings scored 26 goals in 45 games in 2013/14 and was named "Championship Player of the Year" that season.
Also missing from the list is Charlie Austin, who bagged 28 in 40 games during the 2012/13 season.
Austin's "low" £4 million transfer to QPR came after a failed medical at Hull, who had agreed a £6 million fee for the player who had only one year left on his deal. Burnley had to cut their losses and sell to QPR the very day BEFORE the start of their 2013/14 promotion season. Ings took up Austin's mantle and scored double figures in the 2014/15 Premier League season before letting his contract run down. Burnley got an £8 million fee, set by a tribunal in April, because Ings was under 24.
Weren't a competition like.
Spout about ex Burnley players all you like Troy Deeney is by far the best striker that's come out of this division since Jermaine Defoe played in it for West Ham years ago.
