£12m bid for 1FF from Newcastle.

Wednesday would be idiots not to snap their hands off.

No Championship player is worth anything like that and lets face it, he's not actually THAT prolific.

Apparently we've got Callum McManaman in.

Secondary rumour, 1FF has apologised to club, manager and chairman tonight, scope for him to stay.

Not sure why anyone is surprised by 1FF's behaviour. He's always been a see you next Tuesday of the highest order and always will be. Shame he's a good player when he's not cheating or being a toss pot.

The lads a complete and utter c*** bucket. However part of me wants to find all the idiots tweeting me about what a legend he is from last year when I was moaning about the prices.

Hopefully we can get the McManaman deal over the line this week, and I also hope that rumour about Fernando is true. I can move on from this with an apology, hopefully it'd be a lesson learnt.

I'd take Forestieri even if he refused to play 45 games of the season tbh. Still contribute more than our shite.

Jason Shackell.....

And the rest.
Not really sure where you're going with this Walkley, you could name just about any player who's 110% motivated by money.

Sounds like he's wound his neck back in mind.

Deandre Yedlin linked from Spurs, 3.5 million. Haven't really seen him play so on the fence with this one.

Wolves should be announcing Prince Oniangue after he was at the ground yesterday and left with Tony Daley afterwards to go complete a physical. The things I know about him are below but people who play Fifa or lie about football games they haven't seen on the internet seem to be happy.

bmb scouting report:
His name is Prince Oniague
He plays for some French team
He plays for Congo, but not the DR Congo who you have probably heard of.
He drinks umbongo, probably.

Obviously I'm bias but McManaman's better than Forestieri anyway. Get him and sell 1FF for 13m and you've done some good business. Is the CM deal permanent and if so how much is the fee?

It's not really a direct replacement though, lose Forestieri (a striker/number 10) and replace him with a winger. There'll probably be another striker through the door with the 1FF money if he goes.

Villa signing Jedinak permanently and Bamford on loan, according to John Percy. Only tends to tweet stuff when they're very very close.

I imagine the panic button has not only been pushed, but kicked half to f**k following our start to the season. It's no surprise as Pearson is bent on playing a formation that compliments none of our squad further forward than the defence.

The next week or so is going to be interesting.

McManamon is a hot head on the pitch but can't remember him ever refusing to play for his team. I expect it'll be a permanent signing, are Wigan supposed to be in for him?

Hope we can get Mcmanaman, but having watched Forestieri for the last 12 months would be astounded if he is a better player. Call him what you like, but there is no doubting 1FF footballing ability. Best player outside the premiership imo. Hope we can keep him, but only if he wants to stay and play for us. Certainly wouldn't sell him to a potential promotion rival, if he goes it should be PL or abroad and at silly money. No less than 15 million should get him.

Wigan have never been in for him, we could never afford him now.

No ones seen the best of him because he's been injured consistently. He's very similar to 1FF in terms of attitude on the pitch, natural skill and ability to cheat. He can play up front or in a number 10, I actually think he's brilliant in a number 10 position as centre backs are terrified of his pace and skill.

Obviously Sheff Wed fans think 1FF is the better player having watched him and not really seen McManaman and that's fair enough, but for me I'll stick with the man who has proven himself in the Premier League and who ripped Manchester City apart in the biggest game in our history. Without his injury 4 days after the final and our relegation he might've played for England and still could if he gets fully fit, firing and joins the right team and plays regular football in the Premier League again.

1FF, aside - I'll never forgive Mcmanaman for that tackle on Haidara all those years ago and there (Whelan) reaction and damn right arrogance after it.

Not that type of player.

Some astounding posts on here over the weekend;

Forrestieri is apparently not worth as much as Kodija.
Forrestieri is off to Newcastle who have bid £12m.
Kodija and Abraham will score 35+ between em. (Best of lot that one).

Anyone notice a common denominator?

Izzy Brown signing on loan for the season today to rip up the Championship.
