What's happened to Kent? He looked great for Barnsley last season.

Just my opinion but I don't think he was ever that good. He's deceptive because he has all the tricks and is immensely talented but just absolutely no end product and his decision making is terrible. I said this before he signed:

Ryan Kent has a choice of us or Sheffield United. Fuck that, hope Sheffield United win that one.

Walkley reckons that he chose to join us ahead of you, you definitely dodged a bullet. I do think you might have a look at him again for next season though if Luhukay thinks he's good enough, you need wingers really don't you?

Depends if Luhukay reverts back to his favoured system of 4-2-3-1 which I expect he'll do, then yeah he'd fit in quite well, especially since we have no winger who can beat a man. I think the 5-3-2 has just been a stop gap while we've had no players to see us over the line.

Yeah 5-3-2 doesn't suit you at all, you have too many good attacking players being kept out of the side to accommodate CBs who other than Lees aren't really anything special at this level are they?

Did you go to Barnsley at home last year? He was great, but then so was Ryan Kent that day which is why our fans were so excited when he signed - but I'd seen a bit more of him to know he was gash.

I think he's a solid winger who would fit our system more than Kent who I think upsets the balance of the side. He (Watkins) is quite similar to O'Dowda in a way but he scores more goals, 12 last season for Barnsley from memory and I think Johnson would get the best out of someone like that.

Anything less than £1.5m and we'd be laughing mate.

Lees is our best and Venancio is decent but only on loan, jury still out on Van Aken who's missed most of the season through injury. We could do with a new one over the summer definitely, if we got Barnes and Marshall I'd be backing us to finish a bit higher than 17th next season.

I think he'd thrive there under a different manager, Farke doesn't seem to be up to much. We'll see, if he does sign he'll have a lot to prove but I think he'd be a really smart signing.
