Completely off topic Bobbin but did you do any betting last week on Punchestown? I went big on Samcro and he fucking fell didn't he

I didn’t mate. Expensive month this one, couple of away trips, Marbella for a couple of days next week and now need to put money aside for my Wembley ticket :animatedf: so steering clear of gambling.

Few of my pals lost money because of Samcro though, unbelievable.

Fair shout, sounds a cracker.

Yeah was ridiculous, Melon fell at the same hurdle as well. Broke even for the week because of a 9/2 winner on the Friday but it was looking bleak after that one

I've always been Bryan's biggest critic. Great earlier in the season but he's so weak mentally, can't be doing with players who don't give their all every game as well, he often looks half arsed.

He can be a very good player but I'd take anything above £8m and run, thanks for the memories and all that but I'd rather Kelly at left back who actually wants to play for the shirt.

And yeah, Villa won't go up anyway :D

It's a kind of coping mechanism for JJH when one of their players is linked with a move away. All of a sudden they develop some flaw or other and they're no big loss to the club.

Not really, Magnusson plays left back for country and I watched him play for them earlier in the season and he did a cracking job there.

He also couldn't be any worse than Golbourne or Bryan are at left back.
Leeds after Flint and Bryan according to their end.

Good luck with Flint, absolutely no chance, but if Bryan wants a lift to Leeds I'll hire a car and illegally drive him there. Can't believe some of the clubs reportedly in for Bryan, do they see something the rest of us don't?
Brum gone from wanting Ashley Cole to Joe Bryan - just a slight downgrade....
For Flint yeah, doesn't look like Bryan's off.

I honestly wouldn't be arsed if we lost either now, Flint's replacement is an upgrade and Bryan isn't that good anyway.

Hopefully Birmingham panic after Saturday and chuck money at Flint, will just come down to the highest bidder.

We want Uwe Hunemeier from Brighton. Exactly what we need in fairness, a bit of experience and a freebie.

Well I can't say I've paid much attention to him, but if we do go up, I'm hoping we can buy some good premier league players, and not players who perform well in the championship for half a season. Fuck knows how serious our new owner is though.

I think you'll sign Jansson if you go up, don't know why, just a hunch.

Earlier in the season I said I'd like us to sign him. I must have been pissed, because he's not very good at all, and would get wasted in the prem. fuck knows why I used to like him.

A single unitary authority for urban Dorset
More talk down here about Bobby Reid as well (based I think off a Bristol Post article the other day)
Because of course another attacking player is exactly what we need to be throwing millions at this summer...:pond:

Here’s the real quotes you wanted Craig:

I like this one too, Harv...

Joe's game defensively has improved tenfold. He's been the best left back in all aspects in the division this season and if he performs in the same way for the remainder of the season he won't be here next August.

I like how Craig is still bitter about LJ leaving over 2 years later.
It's Barnsley fans in general mate, they're a proper special breed.

Allow me to refer you back to my original post:

"He can be a very good player but I'd take anything above £8m and run, thanks for the memories and all that but I'd rather Kelly at left back who actually wants to play for the shirt."

I didn't say Bryan's shit, he can be great and earlier in the season he was very good but since we started to tail off he's been anonymous. £8m would be good business for an academy player.

Rumours we're interested in Rothwell from Oxford, as well as Ledson.

Rothwell is out of contract I think, was a Blackburn target in January. Ex-United.

Need bodies in midfield if we let Gallagher go and cash in on DJ.

I really hope we give Gallagher another year.

DJ's not looking like he's signing a new deal so the best time to cash in. I can see him ending up at Bristol City.

Nottingham Forest heavily linked with Jack Marriott, looks like it'll take £5m or so to get him away from Peterborough

Doubt they'll sell for 5M, Peterborough have a habit of getting massive fees for their players.

Today's silly Wolves rumour is Yaya Toure. I can not think of a player more ill suited to Wolves style of play this year. Looked like he has zero running left in last I saw him, which was so long ago I was a tad surprised to see he was still at City when this emerged.

Didn't HITC report that? The shittest transfer rumours around stem from that website. No way we will sign Toure, wouldn't want him either.

I've heard the rumour too. He was a very good player, but those days are gone, and I can't see it being a success.
