City and Reading are chasing Tim Krul on a free by all accounts. Wouldn’t be a bad signing on a free but I think I would prefer to go for Alex Cairns.

Good point, think Blackman makes some poor decisions and gets caught out, BPF impressed me last season.

Started off very inconsistently but when he got back into the side he was much improved and got stronger and stronger to the point most of our fans wanted to try and sign him. Will become a very very impressive goalkeeper imo. Now he has the experience and game time I think he will be good for you.

Apparently Ben Woodburn has been telling mates he’s coming to us on loan. I find it hard to believe we could pull that one off but you never know with our manager being a die hard Kopite. Also of all the grandad’s we’ve had on trial Perch, Gibson and Wallace have made it out onto the training camp/knees up in Spain. Poor old Jason Shackell

Not announced yet but first one through the door for Lamps. Turned down a 2 year loan at Werder Bremen, I don't think without Lampard or Morris it would have been possible to sign this kid. Hopefully lives up to the hype and continues from where he left off for Vitesse.

Steven Fletcher being linked with Panathanikos, good player but considering injury record, wages and now being the wrong side of 30 this is a move I would be happy with. Nuhiu is certainly capable of playing the target man role and will be on far less money, if we hold onto Winnall he's another option, if we go into the season with a forward set of Hooper, Joao, Nuhiu, Winnall, Forestieri and Matias I'd still be happy.

Don’t know enough about Hadi Sacko to know what that means...

We’ll miss FloJo, was brilliant for us last year, 7 goals and 7 assists, always put in a huge amount of effort, one of the more experienced heads in the dressing room. We’ve got Canos to step in though, and we’ve already signed his replacement in Said Benhrama.

Fee is supposedly £3.8m, add ons taking it to £4.5m, with a sell on clause. Very good fee for a guy with 12 months left on his deal who we signed for £400k.

Pays for the guy we bought to replace him, with some left over.

Moses Odubajo is still on trial with us, played for us in a friendly tonight, would be a decent addition if we sign him, good competition at right back and cover on the wing now FloJo has gone.

Apparently played left back tonight - not where he’s played before but we need cover there too.

He was shite in front of goal, but then he kept on popping up with great finishes in important games. Some brilliant free kicks too, and was always a big player in key games. That £3.8m is a good deal for both parties, if Leeds turns out to be his destination.

Became our most reliable forward/attacking midfielder in the second half of the season and consistently performed to a high level. Right-footed, but loved to use his left and cut in from the wing. At his age I can't imagine there's much development in him, but it's a good price if he performs to his ability.
