Bolton pulled one back. It's going pear shaped early on.

Kettle endearing himself to both sets of fans again, that was outside the box.

Vale look dangerous going forward, Scunthorpe did too the first 15 minutes Saturday, our defence still makes me a little uneasy.

Break in play for an injury to Zouma - he's shown Bolton what they're missing. Their back three are absolute wank.

Two good teams here. Both a danger going forward.

Can't wait until we get Amoo back and in our side though.

Frustrating night this. We’ve been the better team but haven’t taken advantage of it and can see Oldham breaking away and scoring before long.

Worrall should have picked him out there for a simple tap in. He's largely been pants this season so far.

Another simple easy 1 v 1 chance missed by Carlisle. This from Toure was worse than his miss at Port Vale.

Nil nil between Tranmere and the Os, very dull game so far, two poor teams.

Crawley the better side so far. We need to pass the ball much better if we are to manage even a draw..Lewis Ward, our GK, has kicked goodness knows how many straight out for a thrown in. Shocking distribution

Despite the easy chances we’ve missed, Oldham have defended quite well. They’ve been second best but it’s 0-0 and can see them nicking the win the way it’s going.

We're always a cock up from throwing points away.

Very equal first half. Cambridge were unlucky not to go 2 up after hitting the post which might have been curtains but generally our reaction to going one down to a penalty so early has been excellent. Could go either way, but I love our subs bench.

Have enjoyed that half overall, we've played some really good stuff and given Cambridge a fair bit to think about. Whitehead although he often gets into good positions doesn't really do enough with it for my money and when Manny is ready he needs to step aside I think.

Hoolahan is still some player though, can see the quality he has each time he's had the ball.

Looks a very bad injury for a Cheltenham player, hope he's alright but doesn't look good right now.

Will be 10 minutes at least added on here

Whitehead is inept. Burgess must be really shit right now not to get in ahead of him.

That said, imagine how good we might be if you put Oyeleke and Amoo in this team.

Been making a few inroads but nothing too special, and Us had a couple more chances too. If we don't get caught napping after restart might still get something out of this.

We’ve played well, worst possible start and not totally sure what the pen was for? Commentary team said handball but we battled back well and deserve to be at least level.

They’ve hit the post but other than that we’ve had much of the play and had a chance to tap in for 2-1 bar a poor final ball and Whitehead blazed over when he should be scoring from there.

If we had Manny I’d be confident we’d win this as we’ve got on top in the midfield but final ball is just lacking, Cambridge dangerous when they do get forward.

So far a positive performance.

From what I saw Conlon went to clear the ball but kicked their player instead. Haven't seen a replay but looked a penalty all day long, as it was so clumsy.

Good half that, vale look decent but we’re not passing as I know we can, think vales pressing has a lot to do with that.

don’t think either pen was a pen but that’s kettle for you, thought the vale player slipped more than anything.

I struggle to see much from our bench so it’s going to be an interesting 2nd half.

Id be annoyed if that was it their lad has flew in about 2 foot off the floor! I am shocked Kettle didn’t send their bloke off for last man being Kettle! (It wasn’t a red but with Kettle you never know!)

To be honest I'm not even sure it should have been a penalty. Looked just outside the box to me, but obviously we'll take it! 1-1 is the correct scoreline after that first half. We can win this if our final ball is just a little bit better and the right subs are made. But Cambridge have quality going forward and you can see why they are where they are currently.
