As good an opportunity as you're going to get to play Mansfield, which obviously means away win because that's how it works. We love giving teams a boost on a bad run.

We've had the toughest opening 9 fixtures of any team in my opinion and we've done alright and could and probably should be 4-6 points better off. We've played pretty well in general bar one or two poor spells. We haven't played any of the bottom 8 teams yet.

We're struggling a bit with injuries, with at least 3 or 4 first team players out, but hopefully a couple will be back on Saturday.

Mansfield seem to have played quite well in patches but then concede and heads drop. It seems like if we get ahead their confidence will go but I always worry when a manager is fighting for his job.

With that in mind, Mansfield to win 3-1

Would be nice to chalk up a 5th win in a row at home and come out of this awful set of fixtures very well with a win and should be looking to get it based on form and their issues but that always worries me.

If we can put in the performance levels we have at home, especially last week and with Gibbons and Amoo likely back we need to be getting at least a point.

We will have to respect Mansfield though because they have some decent players and may or may not fight for their manager.

Sneaky 2-1 win Bennett and Monty.

I’d be spitting feathers if I was a Stags fan. With that squad they should be right up there.

Mind you, nobody can say they didn’t see this coming.

2-0 to Vale.

We have lots of injuries so I unfortunately think Mansfield will win and it's not very often that we would win 5 home games in a row. We have oyeleke archer amoo Evan's Browne conlon and Gibbons either doubtful or out. I can see us having Danny pugh on the bench again. I think with what we have out there then you cant get a better chance of playing us.

Looks as though Gibbons and Amoo will be back which would be huge.

I don’t think Maynard is fit so we will only have one true striker like against Cambridge which is always a problem. Andy Cook did come off the bench but he’s not started a game all season due of injury.

Shocking. Tactics changed and all over the place at the back. Now yet another injury!

We really don’t deserve to be level but will take it.

It’s a nice reminder just why 4-4-2 is pretty much obsolete nowadays. It just doesn’t work any more.

Shocking first half, everything we’ve done in the other games we just haven’t today, be it tiredness and injuries I don’t know but we’ve been dire. Mansfield haven’t been much better and in fairness we’ve had a couple of openings down to their centre halves seemingly unable to deal with a long ball through the middle.

Cullen has been a passenger but shown his quality with the goal.

Hopefully the goal knocks their confidence and a huge bollocking comes from Askey and we can get that extra 15-20% that we should be putting in!

With Amoo and Browne out he hasn’t got the legs to do what we’d normally do, even more compounded with Monty going off also. Literally no pace now in the side.

Very fortunate to be level after great work from Pope. As bad a half as I've seen all season. Mansfield dropped off and they really shouldn't as they could have scored more.

I did think that Mansfield were being way too doom and gloom this early in the season. They've got a far bigger budget than most teams in this league and they have good players. Only a matter of time before it converts.

They're putting some quality deliveries into our box but like I said, they took their foot off the gas and let us creep back into it. We're here for the taking today. Loads of injuries, no pace on the pitch at all and really working with a lot of second string players.

We started playing better in fairness as the half wore on, with Popey having that chance. They’ve been dangerous on set pieces though and we need to switch on big time.

Get through this, take the fine on Tuesday in the cup and hopefully have some players back for Orient.
