Yeah, sounded like you had little about you, lots of huff and puff but nothing of quality.

We’ve basically got our entire defence out and played a forward at CB and we got our 1st clean sheet of the season. As you say, laughable!

Sadly we’ve been poor this season but sides like orient are what’s great about this league anyone can be up there! (apart from us!)
Were you even at the game today?

Has he had a personality transplant? One of the lazier players I’ve seen at Sutton
He certainly has his faults, laziness has never seemed one of them. Hartlepool fans would probably agree with you so I'm not sure whats changed. He's clearly homesick and not in a great place at the moment so maybe the Gime you and the poolies have seen is that Gime, the Gime that currently can't get into our squad. The other Gime was the only player still trying to battle through a poor start to the season last August when we feared a relegation battle.

No, watched it on a firestick, as if i’d want to go to london, ugh.

Pleased we’ve got more defensive solidarity to us though, the save by Bishop was top drawer at the end, though a defeat would have been harsh.

Good watch that, first half more so, two footballing sides each having periods of dominance, thought the second half turned into a scrappy affair but a point each seemed fair to me on the balance of things.

Have to watch back their goal again but looked like Killip was a rabbit in headlights again? Fondop had a decent 45 but looked like a different player second half, we're a goal poacher away from being a good side this season.

Exeter were easily the best side we've played so far, slick passing, skilful set of forward players, Caprice the number 2 was excellent I thought, really good performance.
Agree with that, But how long can we wait for Killip to become a decent keeper.

Christ that was a truly horrific game of football.

Struggle to remember watching two teams so poor at the same time, good preparation for non league next year at least.

Port Vales shithousering was very laughable, completely unnecessary considering we wouldn't score if we played the game 5 times over. Pett rolling around trying to get Green sent off when nobody even touched him was embarrassing, don't know how grown men do it.
Sounded like we just did what we needed to today in a scrappy game. These are the sorts of wins we have struggled to grind out which is pleasing. We perhaps should have made things more comfortable in the second half as we seemed to be on top for about 25 minutes. We always struggle to play well at Scunthorpe as it's a tight pitch.

I'm glad we are doing the shithousery. We've had it done to us on numerous occasions and never did much ourselves, particularly during Askeys time as he didn't like it. Win at all costs in my eyes.

Ahhh, “sounded like”. Well done on revealing the complete invalidity of your opinion on today’s game. I shall ignore the rest of your fishing as I really shouldn’t be lowering myself to arguing with a fan of one of the League’s truest bottom-feeders. TTFN.

Well earned and deserved? Laughable.

Mansfield will consider themselves extremely lucky and relieved to nick a point there, ref gave them everything today.

Amazing how much money they spend because they looked poor today, bottom half side.

Os looked sharp, especially second half, looking forward to Vale away next week, big game now.
Should be a good game next week. Hopefully we meet you on a bit of a downslope as you seemed to have hit the heights early.

You seem to have made some decent signings. I always liked Brophy and DJ for you but you don't seem to be missing them. I'd love it if we could nudge into the automatic places but 4 wins on the spin is asking a lot.

watched it on a fire stick, however, it sounded like you didn’t beat us and it looked like you didn’t beat us, take your pick pal

Why do Bradford suddenly seem to have a lot less fans than a month ago? They're were all over the place before.

Firthy is noticeably quiet, curious why.

Good win today, much the better team and our first away win since December 2020.

Pitman slowly getting up to speed but a bit off the pace, 2 assists and a goal in his last 2 games though.

Swindon next week has now set up to be quite the game

Shocking game of football by two absolutely dire sides today.

Adams calling out players and the board in his post match interview because he, like all of us, knows the squad is utter shite beyond the first XI.

Fucking embarrassing.

Ryan Sparks looking like the arrogant twat that he is. Talking up this season like we'd already been promoted. Thought it'd be easy once he got his man in Adams. Clueless fucking twat. Hope he goes for a piss tonight and accidentally ends up tap dancing over a full set of lego. P.S I don't like him.

He's promised us promotion then given Adams the likes of Lavery, Robinson and Kelleher. He might be a half decent ceo at getting a bit of paint on the walls of VP but so far he's running the footballing side like a complete amateur.

The fitness and conditioning department being case in point. Brings his mate from Featherstone and reckons thats enough. Shock horror we get injury after injury. The whole place stinks.

Wouldn't be surprised if Adams walks before Christmas. Sounds like the club is a shambles behind the scene. Not surprising really.

They probably were but the bar doesn't look that high. More than holding our own.

As you say, proper striker and we'd be flying.

I love Lucas, he’s absolutely bonkers (although seems a top bloke off the pitch). We’ve been crying for some shithousery for years after mr nice guys like Aspin and Askey.

Killed their momentum as the only time they really had a go at us.

Yeah Football Focus did a feature on him last weekend and he came across as just a nice humble bloke but clearly once he crosses that white line something switches with him.

He’ll still give us the occasional why the hell has he done that moment just because of how he plays but he’s going to become a crowd favourite very quickly I reckon.

Good to see after the game DC keeping grounded. Was given a couple of opportunities by Phil Bowers to bask in our current mini run and he flat out refused and was on to the next game. I think sometimes we’ve been too easily pleased with ourselves after a win or two but no danger of that under DC.

Good scrap against the Vale lot in Old Farmhouse. Anyone know who smacked me from behind? Ive got a massive lump on the back of my head. Cracking punch had me reeling a bit. All good fun though. Cant beat football violence. Anyone from Vale on here who attended the scrap. Would like to identify the person who caused my lump and smack fuck out of him and then buy him a pint

Jealous you have Robbie Gotts mate. I was hoping we would go in for him from our local rivals Leeds

I'd seen him a few times before and never stood out - think he played right-back for Salford. A totally different player to what I'd presumed he was, combative and skillful. He was Leeds young player of the year about 18 months ago, so I dread to think what we're paying him!

Useful point against Exeter that we'd have all settled for.

Can't help be a little disapponted mind countless balls in and no one attacking them. Killip at fault for Exeters goal. I'd say 1-1 was probably about fair in the end after a pretty mediocre second half.
Also happy with a point, as are most Grecians based on the responses on Exeweb. A long way to go to get nothing !

I thought the ref at the Orient - Stags game was very good today, and yes I did attend the game.

can’t stand fans who blame the ref when they don’t win.

Certainly Oldham was a bit of a surprise. Not so much Rovers, does seem Walsall look like they’re going to struggle again especially with a very inexperienced manager. The Oldham result does show though nobody can let their guard down against anyone in this league as it will cost you.
Garbage again today think our fans are finally accepting Darrell Clarke wasnt the problem it goes deeper than that rumours today Matt Taylor is already unhappy and close to walking.

I think the problems at Walsall begin and end with your owner. When I’ve seen him do his interviews etc he has very Norman Smurthwaite tendencies and can say from experience that won’t end well. Keeps promising this and that but absolutely no sign of delivering or even that he is capable of doing it.

Hopefully for Walsall things work out ok as it always adds more interest having more clubs locally in the same league but I think it’s going to be tough.

Well he deserves credit for not letting the crowd affect him.
