Well he deserves credit for not letting the crowd affect him.

the orient players were at him all the time, they were on him all the time .

Probably annoyed that they couldn’t beat a dirty northern side that went for a point and easily obtained it, their messageboard is quality, like who do they actually think they are! it’s embarrassing.

I think the problems at Walsall begin and end with your owner. When I’ve seen him do his interviews etc he has very Norman Smurthwaite tendencies and can say from experience that won’t end well. Keeps promising this and that but absolutely no sign of delivering or even that he is capable of doing it.

Hopefully for Walsall things work out ok as it always adds more interest having more clubs locally in the same league but I think it’s going to be tough.
sadly the way the walsall owner walked and talked was all too familiar with vale fans, like you say.

Great win for us today, scunny had a go but it would have been a bit unfair to draw.

as for covolans antics - im all for a bit of shithousing but sadly it seemed like he was outright cheating there. to get up and take the kick was a bit bit of a joke and im not too impressed to be honest

I wouldn't lower yourself to reading our message boards, its full of self entitled old men who don't know what they're talking about. Hence why nobody uses them anymore.

Sadly it’s the same with ours though, lots of infighting and bickering between fans. I don’t really read other message boards than this or stagsnet sometimes.

Also that’s the beauty of this, fans will sometimes agree and sometimes they won’t like yesterday, as long as it’s civil and everyone behaves it’s a decent set up

Baffled by County on Friday. First quarter Barrow couldn't get the ball off us. Second half we couldn't get the ball off them. Abject surrender and puzzling substitutions, but I doubt the wisdom of the manager calling the performance cowardly in the paper and naming one player for making the same mistake five times, even if he did. One step forward on finding a settled team and two steps back - again.

How was your day Kieran Vale. Sorry about the trouble in Old Farmhouse. I hate it when innocents get caught up in it

He was as bad as I’ve seen last season, and I’ve seen some bad ones. Fair play to him if he’s putting in performances now.
It's baffling how some players are good for one team and not another. His fitness and workrate is above any I have seen in this division and he has that great habit of arriving in the box at the right time. He's shown pretty excellent technique in the goals he has scored too.

One of the best midfielders in the league so far, although Blackpool fans were pretty complimentary and he was playing in a pretty shite Oldham team last season.

Agree with that, But how long can we wait for Killip to become a decent keeper.
I just can't understand why DC keeps picking him ,he hardly saves any decent efforts on target.
We've got a good defence, but they must be pissed off when the odd occasion they are breached,it usually results in a goal.

He's promised us promotion then given Adams the likes of Lavery, Robinson and Kelleher. He might be a half decent ceo at getting a bit of paint on the walls of VP but so far he's running the footballing side like a complete amateur.

The fitness and conditioning department being case in point. Brings his mate from Featherstone and reckons thats enough. Shock horror we get injury after injury. The whole place stinks.
Our forwards are all from the bargain bucket in B&M & we still didn't want Lavery.

Why do Bradford suddenly seem to have a lot less fans than a month ago? They're were all over the place before.

Firthy is noticeably quiet, curious why.

Personal reasons, but thanks for asking!

On a side note, well done to mansfield fans who are going. (sadly i’m not one of them)

1,000 plus fans when we’ve no defence, 21st in the league and not won in 11 is a cracking effort, well in.
